I will never purchase anything from Orange ever again. Were it not for the Topcashback team's support, I doubt I would have ever received my money and that, within a timely manner.... not a year as others have had to wait.

3 months later and still not tracked. £100 offered in the add, but when brought an enquiry they put it down as £70! Broadband is good though!

Not tracked after 2 weeks and not atall happy with it as it is supposed to be £100. Had to open claim with topcashback. I hope topcashback sorts it out. Broadband quality is very bad. Get 20kbs and 40kbs speed. Radiculous. Connection drops very frequently. No help from customer service as well yet. My suggestion stay away from orange. They are rip off.

My cashback didn't track at £100 and that is obviously very annoying. Just waiting/hoping for topcashback to sort it out. Orange broadband at my address is fast but the 'n' router is absolutely useless and can't say customer service is much better!

As an existing Orage customer with PAYG phone, I was not able to sign up on line, had to be done on the phone. Therefore, no cash back. Also, I am still waiting for the new Nokia phone which was part of the package after 3 weeks.

Amazing! Placed my order and within an hour it had tracked. My order was placed on Tuesday morning and recieved within 24 hours. Not bad for free P&P. £1 cashback on a £19.99 spend is certainly not to be sneezed at, would recommend to others.

This does not work for existing Orange Mobile Customers, the order process stops and asks you to call Orange to complete the order, therefore the transaction cannot be completed wholly online, and therefore is not eligible for cashback. However, I waited a while before giving them my MAC code and I received an SMS message reminder on my mobile offering me a £20 HMV voucher. I'm still waiting for this to arrive. Not as good as £70 cash - but better than nothing.

I tried this but as an existing Orange Mobile Customer, the order process asks you to call Orange, therefore the transaction would not be completed wholly online, and therefore, I understand, not eligible for cashback.

Tracked and confirmed very quickly. They were a bit keen disconnecting my old broadband - they did it before they sent me the new login details! However a reasonably short phone call gave me the details I needed and I was back surfing the web within an hour. A little faster than my previous ISP too.
