I must say that somebody is seriously dragging their heals on this one!
I ordered back in April and there is still no cashback. TCB know when I ordered through the site... When I called Orange to sign on they took all of my details regarding TCB... yet when I call Orange CS they passed me from pillar to post and finally stated that I would personally have to find the INDIVIDUAL who I spoke to initially... RUBBISH!
I have therefore left a claim via TCB which I am still awaiting the outcome of..
Other problems I faced with Orange were:
- make sure that you get a record of your request to include international calls [if you want them] as they say 'you didnt request them' and then start your 18 month contract again because 'you have changed your contract'..... RUBBISH!
- if you are bringing your existing phone number with you, do NOT listen to them when they say 'we cannot port your number if you are coming from Virgin as it is a completely different hardware system' - after requesting they do so SIX TIMES and their saying we will do it SIX TIMES.... RUBBISH! it was finally done.. 2 months later.. randomly.. I only found out because people who tried to call me couldnt get connected to the 'new' number and were asking me what was up. When I contacted Orange CS and they said 'your number is **** etc' which was my original one.... RUBBISH!
On the flip side the international calls to land lines ARE now unlimited for £4 a month..

High amount of cashback BUT service and speed of internet from Orange is shocking...avoid and go elsewhere. Tied in for 18 months at speeds which are slower than I previously had.

Everything was pretty easy. Orange were very helpful. The equipment came right away and setting up was straight forward. And a good cashback offer!

I recently joined orange broadband from O2 due to the large cashback on offer. Big mistake. The set-up and changeover went far from smoothly, and the speed we are getting is about a quarter of what we got with O2 - its close to dial-up quality (impossible to stream and video/audio)! Wish we had researched this more, it was recently reported on the BBC website that orange were the worst home broadband providers! It is so bad I am going to pay the £165 required to buy out the contract and go back to O2.

Complicated cashback procedure by phoning a special number. Still waiting 8 months later for cashback to appear despite following procedure to the letter! Actual broadband service is ok but if you need assistance, the call centre is overseas and you have to repeat your query every time! Double check what speed you might actually receive rather than what is advertised!

Had to chase the cashback and it eventually got paid after a few months. Telephone service is fine, but was misled with regards to the broadband quality I ended up with.

Was a bit worried when I saw all the negative comments about cashback not being paid but it was the best product for my needs so signed up via this link and was very clear to the orange representative that I wanted the cashback to be noted on my account. Gave all my details as requested but it didn't track. 2 months later I put a claim via TCB and within 10 days they had settled the claim AND the cashback was payable at the correct rate. Very impressed with TCB, not so impressed with Orange but the broadband & phone work a lot better and far cheaper than BT!

Steer clear from getting a cashback for the Orange broadband. Purchased on October 2010 (£100 cashback), missing claim submitted by December 2010 and still no sign of any cashback.
My partner uses this site as well and so far didn't have any serious problems so I know that it works for other merchants but I will never consider Orange again.
Broadband service (connectivity / strength) is not so bad but very expensive without the promised cashback.

I checked out the feedback before signing up, it looked mixed so I gave benefit of doubt as I'm a mobile customer already and they are basically ok.
The cashback hasn't tracked and I've had to submit a claim after over a month.
The broadband speed is awful, I consistently get the minimum (or less) reported possible speed for the line, around 3.4mb, which feels like half my previous provider (O2). They claim that there are no problems and is no traffic shaping taking place, which means that the conection is actually meant to be this bad.
If you still wish to join Orange broadband do thorough speed tests beforehand and get promises out of them.
If it keeps up I'll try my utmost to find a way out of this 18 month contract, but I'm not holding my breath.

Switched to Orange broadband in December 2010, it's now mid April 2011 and no sign of the cashback, despite raising the issue with TCB.

Purchased home phone and broadband 03/01/11. It' now 07/04/11 and still waiting for Orange to confirm £70 cashback after sending copies of statements in February. Wireless router is rubbish and terrible speed. Orange are con merchants. Will never go with them again and now I'm stuck in an 18 month contract. Don't go with Orange!

I purhased Orange Homebroadband via Topcashback Feb11 and the cashback (£70) did not track. After 3 weeks the purchase had still not tracked so I submitted a missing cashback claim. I was advised this may take up to 3mths to complete but 2weeks later I have just had an offer of £70 cashback so can't complain really.
No complaints with Orange broadband the speed is fine and easy to set up not to mention £10 cheaper p/m than my last supplier even after the 3mth free B/B finishes!

I ordered Orange Home Broadband in early December 2010. It got activated 2 weeks later, so excellent service there. However the Cashback did NOT track at all. So on early-February I submitted my claim.
Today (25th March), I not only got news that Orange had approved the Cashback - but had also paid it into my Account.
5 stars for both Orange and TCB of course.
As for the product - I was told up to 20 Meg, but was also told that my "catchment area" will only go up to 20 meg when ebough people have joined Orange Broadband locally - so for now, I get "up to 8 Meg" - which connects at between 5 to 6 Meg usually.
However I can't really complain, since after the £100 cashback I am effectively paying £4.44 a month"

Cashback didn't track, no response to enquiry. No surprises there, typical mobile phone company. Broadband itself is OK

Have had to manually claim cash back nearly 3-months in and still awaiting merchants response. Broadband is slower and less reliable than previous broadband (with BT) - will change as soon as contracts over. My advice - STAY AWAY not worth the trouble and you probably wont get paid.

Ordered my broadband on a Sunday morning as per Topcashback instructions. I had a bit of bad luck probably because I had to talk with a half asleep sales advisor which was not even able to speak clear... not to ask for the topcashback ID etc.
Orange supposed to text me when broadband is ON, but I only had an email 24 hrs later, thanks God I figured out myself the signal is live and configured the router before any advice from Orange- what a service :(
