I ordered this back in August, following the instructions to the letter. The offer was £70 cashback and £40 itunes vouchers. I received the vouchers this week but still no cashback, despite submitting a missing cashback claim in November, and two nudges since. Poor producr and service regarding the broadband itself, no where near the speeds of my previous provider using the same line.

Placed order in November, followed instructions carefully, submitted a missing cashback claim after 60 days and am still waiting for a response :-(

Was misinformed on the telephone as to the likely speeds that I would get. Download speeds in peak hours are shocking and barely acceptable at other times. Cant wait for the 18 month contract im tied into now to finish. Its not entirely their fault, as they rely on the BT network now instead of their own.

Got the router installed and set up in September 2011. Have rung orange many times and they are refusing to pay me the £150 cash back. Internet is great but had to pay £60 for it to be installed... We thought the £150 cash back would of course cover this fee. Big disappointment.

I was a fool to hope I would get cashback in light of my mobile experiences with Orange ! Despite ordering correctly through their broadband specific phone number , my cashback didn't track . Their office staff haven't givenme the correct ref number for topcashback to pursue my claim. Avoid like the plague - I wish I had - BEWARE !!!!!!!!

Processed the order in Oct 2011, quoted my topcashback username to the telephone representative to ensure I received my £70 cashback. So far nothing has been tracked, and enquiry has been sent via TCB. They wanted all the billing details which i provided promptly. Topcashback reply was that it may take several months before Orange get back to them. Nearly 4 months have passed and nothing. Poor service from Orange and TopCashBack.

Applied for the £40 cashback deal over the phone, received a £40 Sainsburys voucher instead. I'm grateful to have received something, but this is clearly not 'what it says on the tin' as I specifically chose to apply via TopCashback and not through the myriad other incentives that Orange have going through other websites.

Follow the instructions carefully, make sure you have your topcashback username or email address before placing your order. I placed my order and by 4 weeks the cash back tracked to my topcashback account, I then claimed it and it appear in my bank account within 5 working days. My internet was a bit flaky for the first two weeks which is normal when changing ISP's as they run tests on you line to find out what it supports without dropping out. After the testing had finished my internet is spot on I'm still getting the same high speeds as my old ISP. Even though they through in a free Netgear Wireless N router I stuck with my existing setup a Netgear DG834G Version 1 as my exchange only does 8Mb anyway, I ask for my username and password for the ADSL connection which they gave me and everthing works fine. The only downside is its a 12 month contract. My previous ISP was only 1 month contract. The only reasons I switched was half price home phone and broadband for existing orange customers and it was cheaper than my previous ISP. The customer advisor I spoke to was very helpful and polite, didn't mind me asking questions.

Very good - Cashback after exactly 30 days of starting with Orange broadband, and payable immediately. The customer service is extremely good. The broadband itself is a little slow, especially at peak times, but is still good enough for all our needs (e.g. Streaming on-demand TV services).

Still waiting from April 2011 for cashback for broadband sign up. Merchant asked for statement numbers (as well as account number)in May which I supplied the same day. I received a phone call from Orange/merchant in May asking for TCB username and person on the phone said cashback would show on my account that week. Nothing since. TCB have resubmitted the claim to the merchant on 28/10. 8 month wait so far.

Follow up to my previous review: After well over 60 days there was no mention of the cashback of £70.70 and £40 itunes voucher. So I have submitted a claim with Topcashback. Does not look promising at this stage.

Attempted to take advantage of cashback offer in March, rang dedicated number and emailed as requested MAC code etc. Transaction was not tracked, after 7 months Orange refused claim advising MAC code was not advised despite having email proof. Don't bother with this offer

Very unhappy with the cashback offer from Orange. I phoned the "dedicated" phone line to sign up - gave my Topcashback details so was convinced it was all going to follow through fine - this was in April btw. Now after chasing Topcashback find out it has been declined due to another merchant being credited with the money. WHAT!! How can this be when you phone a line given to you by Topcashback! I will be calling Orange tonight to find out how to make a formal complaint and have contacted The Office of Fair Trading as this cannot be right. Very disapointed Topcashback - You need to remove Orange from your Merchants or make some serious adjustments to the tracking process if a dedicated phoneline can be credited to another merchant.

"all those complaining about the lack of tracking... From what I understood, the transaction will appear after 60 days from agreement." Yes, and that ISN'T happening, hence the complaints! Nothing appears after 60 days, and when you submit an enquiry it's put 'On Ice' for another 30 days. I find that completely unacceptable, we are told to wait 60 days, you wait, and then need to wait ANOTHER 30 days before the Enquiry is even submitted to Orange. I'm very unhappy because I dialed an Exclusive TCB number, it's installed, and I'm paying for it. This failure to track in really is poor because no one can blame cookies or any of the other excuses retailers find not to pay :( Very unhappy with this offer, and it feels like a scam.

For all those complaining about the lack of tracking... From what I understood, the transaction will appear after 60 days from agreement. This I think is to make sure you are paying your bills before they release your cashback. Regarding Customer service: Very friendly, efficient and you do get your answers. Regarding Technical problems: They are definitely NOT qualified. They use a script and if your problem is not on the script...well expect your problem to stay with you a while. Call center is somewhere in the Far East so accents can be a problem understanding. Insist to speak to someone in the UK (they are obliged to put you through) and at least some UK jobs will stay safe a while longer.

I ordered just Orange Broadband(already have a BT contract for the phone line) at £15 per month in July 2011 using the link and telephone number. Orange were very efficient, sending me the equipment and connecting me within 7 days. It is unlimited download which is very rare, the router is very good (Wireless 'N'). The connection speed is rather poor in the peak evening times though. Orange have scrapped their LLU network so you will be connected via BT Wholesale IPStream which can be slow in the evening. It's perfectly useable though and is very fast generally. Regarding the cashback offer of £150. I was very doubtful that it would work, as the man on the phone didn't sound like he even wrote down my username. I was all prepared to put in a claim but after exactly 60 days, as it says clearly on here would happen, the full amount of £150 was credited without any input from me at all. It never tracked or gave any indication prior to this, it just appeared on my statement and I have been paid. Absolutely fantastic service and it makes this broadband a bargain. Regards.

I applied for Orange home broadband/telephone in August 2010 - over 1 year ago!! I followed the long procedure with the clearing cookies/cache etc and then clicked through and then called the dedicated telephone number. Despite all this, I have still not seen ANY cashback. Orange were reasonably responsive with customer service issues and topcashback have replied quickly with regard to the missing cashback. However, the long and short of it is that I still have seen NO cashback!!

Like everyone else, despite following the cashback process to the letter and calling the special number, this didn't track. Lots of people have this problem - where is is going wrong as surely calling an 'exclusive tbc number' should make the process water-tight? Now locked into an 18 month contract with a very poor service. Regularly outages where I can't connect to any sites, even major ones like Ebay, BBC, Amazon, Facebook. Numerous calls to Orange CS have not improved service. The service is very poor and I only did it for the cashback, which didn't track, so feel pretty conned.

If I want orange broadband only and not the orange phone service, do I qualify for cashback?

I have my broadband which is mediocre but have been unable to trace the order through Topcashback. It was made through the provided link to an 0800 no. But there seems no log. So the "cashback lure" was deceitful. It appears I have been misled and I feel very cheated. I will complain further. One very unhappy customer!

I have transferred my home broadband and telephone line from O2 and Primustel to Orange today (22/8/11). I did the following before/during placing my order 1)cleared the cookies on my computer using CCleaner software 2) Logged into topcashback and followed the link to orange home broadband and dialed the 0800 number. 3)I placed my order for Broadband and off-peak calls (as an existing orange customer). The offer includes 3 months free broadband (£7.50 p/m) and a £40 itunes voucher. 4) I prompted the customer service adviser to take my email and topcashback user name. I will keep you updated on whether the cashback tracks and becomes payable, but previously I have never had a problem with cashback from Orange mobile/mobile broadband and home broadband.
