Its now well over the due date of being payed not looking good so not impressed really as topcashback do not seem bothered. They should only take on companies that guarentee payment .Pointless

Bought broadband in August, never tracked. Several months and nudges later, decided to write a letter to orange head office expressing my disappointment. Low and behold, £100.00 confirmed! Finally. Too little, too late; would not use orange broadband again.

It took a timely intervention from myself and Topcashback to received payment of this cashback further to a missing cashback claim.
The process of the initial cashback was 'awkward' with the requirement to telephone the merchant and quote a code (which presumably then was not effectively tallied up with my record of having visited this merchant via Topcashback).
The product itself is okay, there have been a few issues with the connection dropping (second light on the router) and customer service has been somewhat frustrating ('try this, try that, maybe it's this' etc - when really it was probably something their end, as nothing change this end for it to be resolved).

It's now 90 days since I set up a transfer to EE broadband and NO mention on my account of any cashback and because it was a phone call can't raise it on my account either.If I don't get cash back will be switching ISP AGAIN in December.Moved to Topcahback from another cashback site, following a cash back non payment.Might be going back!

Just updating my previous review... I really thought I wouldn't get paid the £100 cash back but I am shocked to say that I have had a full payment today :) My claim was on ice until 31st January and then I gave the claim 2 nudges and was sent a message to say that it's been tracked and now paid earlier today.. Yippeeee!

Ordered in July 2012, expecting £100 cashback. Followed process to the letter, called special number, had TCB details carefully confirmed. Nothing paid and it's now Jan 2013. This is a con. I will be cancelling Orange Broadband as this is breach of contract on their part. AVOID!! TCB have been non-responsive on this one too!

Very bad experience from initial sign up to cancellation as soon as the contract period was over.
Late install
Additional connection charges
Poor product performance
Long hold times
Poor tech support
Continued to bill after cancellation
Cashback not paid (TCB managed to get a 50% payment after regular chasing)
A bad experience all round. Now with SKY. Much better so far but also no sign off CB 3 months in

I called to switch broadband and home phone in september, switched in 20 days to receive slightly quicker and a lot less reception problems than BT. The cashback did not track however so I spoke to Orange / EE and told them they were in breach of contract to which they tried to disagree, but they said I should be entitled to my cashback and were puzzled as to why it hadn't gone through.
I filed a New Missing Cashback Claim in November which was put 'On Ice’, as this merchant imposes a validation period of 120 days, which would end in January 13.
Mid December they settled the claim in full.

I applied for Orange cashback on the 3rd October and followed the instructions carefully and it still hasn't tracked.. 60 days have gone by and it's frustrating that when you call Orange they say I need to take it up with topcashback.. I have put in a missing tracking claim which is currently on ice until next year.. I have a feeling topcashback will refer me back to Orange.. Hopefully I will be wrong and I will get the £100.

I wanted to have the Fibre optic broadband with 27/7 phone. Turns out that you can't have both, only weekend and evening calls, Pointless!

I have just contacted 'orange' to take up the 'Broadband' offer with cash back of £70.70 to be told that Orange know nothing about the offer and that I was the second person today to mention it.
The customer service adviser said that she would tell her supervisor of the calls.
However she couldn't give me the £70.70 at this moment in time.

After 11 months and the hassle of missing claim process (I would bother with this for small amounts) Orange offered a 50% payment.
They did not offer any explanation to why. I actually have top package offered and spend a considerable amount as I frequently make international calls and regularly go over the 1 hour inclusive time limit (this detail was also omitted when signing up to the package). The service itself is also poor. I bought a new router as the 1 supplied had such a poor range that it could only be used in 1 room. This resolved the range issue but bandwidth is still poor, regularly unable to stream the radio.
I will go elsewhere at the end of my locked in period

Still waiting for cashback after 12 months. Claim was put on ice at first but has been "With Merchant" for 8 months now. Claim procedure was followed to the letter but no progress yet. Disappointed with cashback experience and also with broadband quality - regularly cut off for days on end. Avoid.

Hi, how are you supposed to complete this entirely online (T&C's of TCB/companies) when you click the link and when trying to buy a package (if you click on anything) it says to contact an adviser by phone. If you phone someone to complete an order TCB will just say that you completed your order offline so won't pay. What can you do ?

I followed all the instructions to the letter and confirmed the transaction over the phone with a member of the Orange team, yet my £150 cashback transaction was not tracked and was subsequently declined by Orange. To make it worse the service is poor - download speed 0.2MB!! - and the customer service call centres in India are frustrating. Just trying to get out of my contract - don't bother with Orange!

I moved my broadmand connection from BT to Orange in September 2011. After waiting for 60 days, I lodged a missing cashback.
After a few queries, Topcashback passed my query to the merchant in December.
Today, I note that "the last Topcashback received a payment from this merchant during June 2012, for transactions in March 2012".
I am upset that my transaction with Orange was 6 months prior to that and am still waiting for the £70.70!!!
My contract with Orange will end in a few weeks and am not sure whether I will get the cashback at all.

I hope the cash back comes through, the order and purchase went well.
However the transition service from my current provider to Orange was awful, I have phoned them multiple times to chase and complain. I ordered on the 19th June, phone line was activated on the 29th June and since then I have not been able to make or receive any calls. It took ages to organise an engineer to come round and then they never turned up, phoned them today and it was sorted over the phone. (Don't know why they didn't do that in the first place.)
My phone line is finally working but my broadband will be delayed as it was meant to be activated today. Hopefully the broadband will be good to make up for the extremely poor service and provider transition.

I've also had problems with the Orange Broadband Cashback - 9 months later its been officially declined (despite me still being signed up to Orange Broadband), apparently no form of recourse.
If anyone has had any success using other means - such as through the Advertising Standards Agency, Trading Standards, Small Claims Court etc, please post.

I have now had the broadband and home phone for at least 10 months, the transaction never tracked and then I have had a ticket raised for over three months Orange have still not confirmed the transaction even though every bill has been paid on time by direct debit. Topcashback have said they can not do anything until Orange confirm. Secondly Oranges customer service if there are any problems is seriously bad, I will never use Orange again.

Absolutely appalling!!
Never received the cashback from orange despite doing everything as directed and continued to pay both the broadband and mobile contract each month!
Even with a tbc claim submission orange still have never paid out a penny on the home broadband offer v.dz promise and assure on the phone that all is ok!!!
Not good enough orange!!! Very poor experience.

I have now been waiting 8 months and still no sign of the cashback, very dissappointing. The order did not track, so I raised a case which has been waiting for the retailer to confirm. I have provided all requested details but they still seem to be dragging their feet on the matter.

Avoid Orange Broadband like the plague. Poor line speed (2mb sec if I'm lucky - O2 gave me 14mb) and the WORST customer service centres in the world.
