Purchased EE Broadband via Top Cashback. After months of waiting still no £70 cashback appeared. Lodged a missing claim and eventually EE got back to Top Cashback to say they wouldn't pay out but didn't give a reason! Very disappointed as was a primary reason to choose EE. Already i've changed our 3 EE mobiles to Vodafone and I won't be keeping the Broadband with EE after the contract period. I have received nearly £1000 via Top Cashback with no problems. EE are the first ones to not payout!

Signed up for EE Broadband in August 2013. Still waiting for cashback. Filed a missing cashback claim and claim was put on ice, then released and having nudged Customer Services it still hasn't even appeared in tracking. Have not had any joy with cashback from EE/Orange.

I signed up for broadband back in August. I was told by EE that the cashback wouldn't track until after the 3rd bill, well it was coming up to my 4th bill and it still hadn't tracked. Did a quick missing claim form and Top Cashback had it sorted and credited the £120 to my account within less than a week! :) Extremely happy with Top Cashback's level of service!

Under NO circumstances even think about dealing with this bunch of shysters. It's been 3 months now and my purchase has STILL NOT tracked. Top Cashback's response has been worse than useless. I will be cancelling my contract for Broadband at the earliest opportunity and I shall also cancel my Mobile phone contract with EE when that is up.
You've been warned!

I have already written a glowing review of the product, but I have to counter this with a less-than-positive cashback review. It has been two months since I placed my order and no sign of any cashback as yet. I have opened a claim which was immediately put on ice as the merchant imposes a validation period of 90 days.
My order was made over the phone and I adhered to the terms and conditions. The sales adviser dealing with my order confirmed that everything was set up on my account and that I should have no problem receiving the cashback. In a follow up call to EE I was again told that everything was in place for cashback to be processed.
I will wait another month and will either upgrade or downgrade this three-star review accordingly.

Fantastic experience. Just claimed my £121.60 cashback from EE. Sweet!
Ordered broadband in August, claimed cashback in October, no hassle at all.
The BB product is great. No problems, acceptable speed and not needed tech support at all.
Highly recommended.

EE confirmed cashback request had been sent to TCB but after 60 days nothing has tracked, not looking good, very annoyed as the cashback was one of the main reasons for going with EE. Avoid

After reading many criticisms of the overall EE Broadband experience, I'd share my own experience here. I recently switched from PlusNet as I was paying over the odds for their services (>£32 per month for line rental, free landline calls and 8mb broadband). All aspects of the switchover to EE broadband went extremely smoothly. Customer services were well informed and dealt with me in an extremely efficient and helpful manner. EE kept me informed by email at every stage. My router arrived on time and the broadband was switched the following day as planned. All I needed to do was plug in my new router and change the default wifi security codes to my own codes and I was up and running with no hassle whatsoever.
The download speeds are not quite as fast as my previous provider, however they are still fine for my modest demands and at a fraction of the price I paid to PlusNet, so I am very pleased with the service so far! Likewise, my landline has worked perfectly for incoming and outgoing calls with no interruption of service that I am aware of.
Regarding cashback, one month has passed since the agreement to purchase and as yet there is no sign of cashback tracking on my account, which is to be expected. I been have given assurances by EE customer services that the cashback information has been properly recorded on my account, so I am hopeful that I will see it track soon. I will write a separate review when I the cashback has been confirmed on my account which I hope won't be long from now!

Recently took out broadband via phone link but not tracking yet. EE say they have passed info to TCB but TCB say wait 90 days and then they will put a claim in. Relatively early days yet so have not rated but be warned of lack of concern from TCB.

Just over 2 months now and cashback from EE is still not showing on my account. Broadband is ok, but my primary reason for using this company over others was the cashback offered.
My advice is get your broadband from a company that doesn't renege on its offers.

AVOID EE AT ANY COST!!! They have the worst customer service in the UK. They open their mouth and the only thing that comes out it's LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES. I've signed with them on 15th of august through topcash back and asked the customer adviser online before submiting the order if I'm going to receive the internet by the 1st of august and she said yes 5 times. I've explained to her that I really need to know for sure when the internet will be up and running so she reassured me 5 times that I'll get it 1st of august. Around 25th of july ee called me to tell me that I've to wait until 14th of August and I wasn't happy at all but accepted it. Then I've called them on the 3rd of august to check the progress and they've told me that they were waiting for me to call and confirm the order even though I've received an email that I'm their new customer. Was told that I've to wait until the 22nd or 25th of august, when I lost it with them and talked to few managers etc they've told me 14th would be ok. Got sms email and letter teling me that my service would be up and running on the 14th of august. On the 14th called them to check what time they are going to activate the service to be told that the landline will be active but for the broadband have to wait another 9-10 days and when asked them why they didn't let me know before i called them they said they didn't know. I've cancelled the service on the 14th and they said they are going to remove the hold on my address within 24 hours so i can go with another provider which they didn't, called them again on the 15th and after talking to few idiots in few different departments was told again to wait for another 24 hours. then on the 16th instead to remove the hold on my address they have proven that they are the biggest liars and idiots they have activated my landline and tried to convince me that it's better to have an active landline in order to change to another provider. After telling them off in a rude manner and te

While the broadband itself has worked well and I am happy with the service I am receiving, I must say that my cashback experience was pretty dire. Despite the promises of a 3 month turn around, the cashback took over 8 months to be awarded, despite regular inquiries as to its location.
If you are getting this service purely because of the cashback offered, I would avoid it at all costs.

Never tracked at all after purchasing in December 2012. Raised a missing claim after the notice period in Feb 2013 and it was submitted to EE in April 2013.
Nudged topcashback about 10 times with no response or sign of EE confirming the transaction. So I decided to send a letter to Orange customer services, within 4 days of sending the complaint the transaction appeared and was payable straight away. So for all the others here still waiting, send a letter to Orange customer services to speed things up!

Do not go near EE/Orange Broadband if you want good service.
I switched from sky with the offer of 3 months free broadband £50 cashback and £25 M+S Voucher. Cashback not tracked necer recieved M+S voucher and had to call them as did not get the 3 months free. Also my boadband switched on 22/04/2013 but my line did not switch until 9/05/2013 yet they billed for both starting on 22/04/2013.
Broadband service is the worst I have ever had even though they said as I had xboxs I would get priority service and would not disconnect. The broadband signal drops every 10 ti 15 mins and after weeks of trying to get them to sort it out I finally got to speak to an english speaking manager, I told them I have had enough and was going back to sky and was told I have to pay £95 to cancel a service that does not work, I was then told it did not work correctly as I have 3 xboxs in the house and it was my fault even though I was advised when buying that this was the best product on the market for gamers and I had the same devices when with sky yet never had any problems. This will be going further as I am not paying to cancel a poor service. STAY AWAY unless you love loads of hassle NO cashback and a fee to pay when it does not work. RUBBISH.

Have just received the £100 cashback offered, which is good. Signed up to fibre broadband, speed has been excellent around 37 Mb/s, customer service has been good as well. The only thing that took time was the switching of landline but EE have given me a credit for the lost time, which I am happy with

Terrible, terrible delay so far - ordered my broadband in OCTOBER and it's still not even tracked. the 60 day rule is a load of rubbish because once you submit a missing claim they then put the ticket on ice for another 60 days. it was submitted to the merchant at the beginning of April and no sign of any response. Appalling really seen as this was a specific and exclusive TCB deal, the fact you HAD to ring EE (which cost money) and then quote a reference number to "ensure cashback" and then experience a 7, nearly 8 month delay is a joke. god knows how much longer this will go on for but I only signed up with EE because the cashback deal was so good - don't tell me not to buy just based on cashback - I was changing my broadband anyway. Not actually had any problems with EE at all apart from the cashback, such a shame.

Changed to EE broadband in December. Firstly I agreed to change and paid etc.. and then they forgot to process my order! So two weeks later when I had no internet I had to go through complaints to get it done two weeks after that and was not offered anything for my inconvenience. Now in April and no sign of cashback being tracked. I'm not hopeful. Will never use EE again. TopCashback also will not submit my missing claim until 4 months after my order date which seems far longer than anywhere else. Broadband is also far slower than O2 which I had previously through TopCashback and tracked instantly.

Like many others, I took this offer in January this year. When ordering I followed the instructions, and gave my TCB details and username, but now we're in April, and there's still no sign of any cashback - it hasn't even tracked.
I've made enquiries with TCB, and they say they won't even submit my missing cashback claim until FIVE MONTHS after the original order date.
AVOID like the plague. You won't see a penny Cashback! I would suggest going with a more reputable company.
