Cashback tracked quickly. Product was cheaper than at Argos, and cashback rates are higher than those Argos give. Only downside is long lead time, but as long as it turns up, it will have been worth the wait!

Had trouble with a kitchen order from these in the past,eventually being compensated by their customer services. They are basically Argos with some extra DIY thrown in. I suppose it depends on what type of product you order from them as to what level of service you get. This particular order has tracked quickly and I got a good price and free delivery.
