Received the items ordered and was very happy, but they had sent the wrong seals for the wc system not once but twice, and the job had to be done three times to fit it properly ,when we did eventually purchase the correct seals from a different company.

Garden furniture purchase resulting in rejected cashback claim with no recourse, despite having followed the link and providing full purchase details in the claim. Do not use if you're swayed by the cashback.

I spent a lot of money only to be told this. be careful as it appears topcashback are aware of what homebase are doing. Hi there We have recently heard back regarding your missing commission claim. Unfortunately it appears that your claim could not be approved. The reason the merchant has given is as follows: "enquiry unsuccessful - Transaction cannot be traced- order reference not found or does not exist" Sorry that this has taken so long for you, we have been trying hard to get this pushed through for you but it appears that the retailer is steadfast in declining all of our submissions that they receive from us with regards to this transaction. We are very sorry about this; I do hope that any transactions you may go on to make in the future go a lot more smoothly for you. We are very sorry about this, Kind regards, Top CashBack

A purchase of garden furniture and a barbeque made at the end of May under an enhanced cashback offer through topcashback.co.uk, which should have resulted in a cashback of £16.20, was not recognised and the claim rejected because Homebase could not trace the transaction. The goods were notified as out of stock and only delivered over eight weeks later. I was unable to provide a copy of the Homebase confirmation e-mail and delivery note to topcashback.co.uk to help them pursue the claim as topcashback.co.uk did not provide one to my request and they had already accepted the rejection by Homebase without any further recourse on the basis that cashback is not guaranteed. No stars for a very unsatisfactory experience.

Good product at competitive price.Excellent customer service to track the delivery.Kept well informed on delivery and the washing machine came first thing in the morning before 9 am !We've not used the machine yet so can't say how this will perform but so far all positive. And Homebase give you Nectar points as well as Topcashback.Got to be a winner !

cash back rates could be better. Also you only get it for online purcheses, most things iv'e been needing to buy not available ofor online purches, ie paint, and most othe decorating materials, and if they are its the more exensive brands so and the cash back wouldn't cover the extra you need to pay.
