Further update to my last comment: No change on the stars (I GIVE 0 STARS, but putting 5 is the only way to get review seen).
After months of waiting for a click and collect order to track, I have been told by TCback that the retailer refuses to pay as they find no record of my order. It was on their system, but they refused to get my click and collect order ready stating no stock- of which there was plenty; the lazy weekend youth did not want to get cold and wet putting order together. We collected our own products, after waiting several hours for them to do it. They then refused to put the order through the till under our click and collect reservation order, hence reason it has not tracked. We told them to do this repeatedly but their service was appalling and they could not have cared less, sighing like we were the most annoying customers they had ever seen??!! I have my receipt and click and collect order details but Homebase have obviously found a way of avoiding paying out by not putting orders through with the reservation number. THIS IS A CON PEOPLE, SO DO NOT FALL FOR IT. If it had happened once I could maybe forgive a mistake, as long as the cashback later tracked, but this is over 3 times now and I also note another member has had the same experience. If Homebase do not pay out then they should be removed as it is fraudulent advertising. I am not happy, but thanks TCback for trying. Improve things by removing this fraudulent advertising from your site so other members do not have this problem.

I have given this a 5 star so that is the latest review.
I have twice been declined cashback from Homebase each time stating 'I did not comply with their terms and conditions'!!!
Each time we ordered on click and collect, went to collect and pay for the item, so what did we do wrong???
Consequently, I shall not be using this merchant on Top cashback again but thank Top cashback for their help in trying to resolve this for me.

Will not bother reserving and collecting with Homebase through TopCashback any more, because it either does not track or, like this time, it tracks as zero. (It does work with B&Q.) Customer service at my local store is actually good, and the staff I have dealt with have always been nice and helpful. Will not be buying any product that is not sealed from now on though: as I was leaving the shop I noticed the box of compost maker I had just bought was only half full. Again: excellent customer service because they immediately refunded half the cost (it was the last box, so I couldn't swap it for another one). But even so...

RE DELIVERY: even if it says no signature required, only they decide if one is needed AFTER you have placed the order and attempted to deliver. I ordered goods which stated no sinature required, i needed item by a certain date so was happy to leave clear instructions of where to leave item in safe place.I returned home, they did not leave as signature required. As i said item was needed by certain date so i had to do a 60+mile round trip to pick the item up. They agreed to reimburse delivery charge eventually not happy to reimburse mileage!!! They kept claiming it states in the small print that it is at their discretion or the drivers discretion. So check first, ultimately i could have ordered same goods for same price and picked up myslef but chose not to for time and convenience of home delivery. Bad move.

Ordered a sofa, no problem with product, arrived within time specified but cashback failed to track. Can't fault Top Cashback who followed up the claim manually but after 3 months Homebase said there was no record of the order number they gave me and refused to honour it. Hope the order number can be found should there be a problem with the product as it still under guarantee. Won't be using them again.

Please note: i give this retailer NO STARS but this is the only way to get my review seen as TCback only post up the 5 star comments first!! ordered on click and collect in Nov 2011. Items not ready 3 hours after collection time. went back 2 hours later. still not ready. lazy youth reported back that they did not have items (stone edging blocks x10 and 4 bags topsoil) despite online saying there were 234 in stock!. We went to look and saw that they did but just in a different colour, so had to get ourselves. he had obviously not wanted to do the work in the rain and cold. then had to wait an extra hour just to pay! felt like walking out without paying. zero service and much apathy. then discover that sale had not even tracked on TCback and still waiting for retailer. Appalling on all levels. do not waste your time using TCback or click and collect.

Ordered on 21/09/11 and tracked next day. Jumped straight to payable on 15/11/11. Glad to get my £0.81 from a total of £35.00 spent including Vat & Del, but customer service is woeful. I was phoned a week after ordering that it would be another week before delivery. Three days later I missed the delivery and had to rearrange it. Homebase, get your deliveries sorted and tell your customers when they are coming.

Ordered on 31/10/11 - Order arrived 9/11/11 so somewhat slow especially when they charge for delivery. Cashback tracked within 24hrs, so pleased with that. Unfortunately my order was incomplete, missing items and items in box that where not ordered hence my star rating. Will not be using Homebase delivery again.

Excellent customer service by Argos/Homebase on my sofa purchase, and, although it didn't track automatically, a query via Top Cashback confirmed the purchase fairly quickly and it was paid within a week or two of that. Would definitely use again.

Cashback tracked so good experience, but they are an absolute rip off in terms of their delivery charges and don't even offer the option to deliver to store. Something that needs looked at by them i think.

I spent hundreds of pounds on furniture with this merchant because of the cashback offer. In spite of providing all trackback dates and receipt numbers to TopCashback, the merchant claimed that they could not trace my transactions. Avoid!!!

Have to give it 5 stars or my review will be listed last. I'm giving it 0 stars as this Company like so many are not paying out cash back in 2011. This one uses the excuse of 'not tracked'. Notice that TCB list reviews from highest not by date so you are not lightly to see the complaints. TCB does nothing to get our cash back. Total scam.
