Not a recommended retailer as they 'lose' the cashback transactions!! Cashback did track correctly, but then when it became payable, it was a zero cash value. Only purchase from Homebase if the price is cheaper than any other retailer offering cashback, as it looks like their cashback tracking is very haphazard at best.

Ordered a bathroom suite online without any issues, informed delivery would be within 21 days, so booked plumbers and builders to take out old bathroom. Homebase delivered part of the order,but not the pedesatal for the sink! Chased and was told this would be a further 3 weeks (thanks for letting me know Homebase). So as we couldn't install the sink without the pedestal I cancelled this part of the order and purchased elsewhere. Now Homebase refuse to pay the cashback as I cancelled part of the order. I think this is really shabby of them as the cancellation was due to the inexplicable delay in delivery! B&Q for me next time!!!

Cashback turned up the next morning and although not a great percentage at 2.52% better than nothing I guess! I was given a good choice of delivery dates plus an am/pm option so would highly recommend.

Well, I visited homebase via tcb (tracked on tcb system for me to make a claim). I purchased a product. I paid for said product. Said product was delivered. Simple. But cashback rejected with the following response:
"Did not meet terms and conditions set by merchant"
Would love to know the t&c's....
Don't purchase if you're relying on the cashback.

Dire customer service - TOTAL joke. One hand doesnt know what the others doing. Delivered broken. Replacement ok. NEVER USE AGAIN AND IGNORING CASHBACK CLAIM!!!

This retailer has avoided paying me 45p despite me following the correct procedure. I have taken this up with topcashback (the purchase was made in December 2011). This is disappointing.

Yes, Homebase DEFINITELY does not want to pay cashback (why TCB even have them as merchant?). I bought a large greenhouse from Homebase - transaction did not track. I submitted missing cashback claim to TCB. After nearly 6 months - TCB notified me that Homebase declined to pay cashback up as they cannot trace my order. This is absolutely NOT true , as I phoned to Homebase today with all details of my order - they confirmed it.Transaction obviously gone via TCB with cleared cookies and etc.
DO NOT USE them - there is absolutely no point.

Looked good then recently had cb withdrawn - not meeting terms and conditions- don't believe them. . . think Homebase is not following through on their top cash back promises. hay ho, I know that I won't be using them again. Plenty of other companies to use who do still honor their promises.

Cashback tracked and then went to zero - 7 months after bringing the claim and numerous nudges later, homebase have declined the trasnaction as they cannot trace it. Odd that TCB managed to link the two and I have a receipt from homebase.

Oredered 20 days ago - advised uo to 10 days delivery time, Contcted retailer - unable to give delivery date - order not been processed yet !
Googled homebase review- examples of terrible customer service and misleading delivery times.
Would never use again.

Still waiting for my cashback to become payable, Item ordered in November last year. The statistics say that Homebase last paid cashback for October of last year, so I dont hold much hope for anyone getting cashback now, let alone from late last year. Really not happy that TCB are still showing cashback for homebase.

Similar to a lot of experiences other people have had, cashback for reserve and collect tracked quickly, then later was withdrawn for no valid reason. Seems to be the case with a few merchants lately and would suggest TCB need to deal with potential fraudulent merchants claiming to provide cashback but in reality do not. Any merchant with a high percentage of reported non-payment of cashbacks should get a temporary freeze on their links until they provide reasonable explanations or rectify valid claims.

Order tracked within hours of it being done so no complaints there. However, that was on Dec 3rd 2011 and my estimated payable date was Feb 3rd and now it's May 6th and still nothing!! I smell a rat and judging by other peoples' experiences with Homebase it's fully justified too. NOT HAPPY!! Won't be using them in any capacity again!! No problems with TCback tho, great job :-)

Ordered on 31st Dec 2011. Cash back should have been £4.90 but did not track. When I chased finally received a reply after 3 months telling me I had not met terms and conditions which is utter rubbish. Reading through the comments, this is a regular thing with Homebase on TCB. Order ifbyou are happy with the price excluding cash back as it is doubtful you will get it. Oh and also, I placed my order online with appeared not to go through so placed again only to receive a call from my credit card company telling me I had 2 identical payments going through. Then when products finally turned up, there were several imperfections and chips on the furniture. Had better experiences!!!!

no cashback oh and dont buy a bed online it didnt look anything like the picture poor quality and roll onto the floor in the morning to get up now have a new bed after 18mnths and still no cashback!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
