I bought a set of garden furniture via the order and collect offer. The purchase and click through were all logged by TCB but Homebase rejected the claim. No pay-out, very poor.

Item purchased in May 2013 however, despite lodging a claim, no progress has been made so far from the supplier's side (it's been more than 5 months now). Terrible.

After a 6 month wait and a claim homebase have stated my reserve and collect was never made. What absolute nonsense. I still have the receipt and the goods were there to collect following the online order. Don't rely on cashback from homebase they simply won't pay out based on my experience.

Cashback originally tracked then went to zero. Claim raised, but now paid out at zero. Next time, I'll use B&Q instead as they honour the cashback.

Lots of negative comments with regards to cash back payouts, just thought I would add that I have just had £60 become payable on a summerhouse/log cabin I purchased on the 6th June this year! Took a while but a positive outcome :-)

HOW COME HOMEBASE GETS 99.8% WHEN THERE IS SO MANY THAT HAVE THIER CASHBACK DECLINED AS MINE WAS FOR NO VALID REASON. AVOID HOMEBASE.

I love Homebase, but the cashback situation is ridiculous. I've spent over £700 with them recently (big DIY job) and most of my pending cashback were recently zeroed. Currently chasing up with tcb, not holding my breath...

Sorry to say Homebase have let me down again. Transaction tracked quickly, then went confirmed at £0.00 and now payable at £0.00. Declined for no valid reason I can think of and TCB are unable to offer any assistance.
In my opinion, Homebase are fast catching up with Asda as regards abusing the CAshback system.
Having recently had several transactions from big name retailers either unconfirmed or declined I now no longer bother sending claims to TCB. It's just more hassle than it's worth.

Weirdly, after being denied on the basis of "does not meet Terms and Conditions" a cashback event has suddenly appeared in my account - so somebody, somewhere, has been giving me a load of flannel on my claim. Either it was denied or it wasn't denied, and if it was denied, why is it now Pending?
Of course I'm happy it's there, however since my claim arose in ther first place because the cashback got set back to Zero for no good reason, I'm not going to assume Homebase are going to honour it this time round either - we shall see what happens!

Won't be buying from home base again. The cashback didn't trace when I chased it they said I didn't meet the T&C's? Don't think they're playing nicely when it comes to cash back, all talk! Topcashback did a great job as usual in trying to chase this for me. Thanks.

Really annoyed about this.....I wanted to buy a £300 dining table and chairs set which would have meant £12+ cashback through Topcashback so I clicked through and it said that the items (I checked a few sets) were not available for home delivery. When we went to the store to view the sets I remember is saying that they were available to "take away today" so I tried to see if they were in stock at my local store and then I could do a Reserve and Collect and still get my cashback but there is no way of doing this on dining sets as they don't have the Reserve and Collect button next to them so basically I have to contact the store via telephone to check the stock levels and then they can reserve the item for me whci means I will not get the cashback through TopCashback :-/

They shouldn't be listed on Topcashback if they are not willing to pay it.

Tracked quickly, but after a few weeks went back to 0.00. have chased up and they now say declined as i cancelled or returned the item This was not the case. Think homebase just dont follow through!!

Bought a chainsaw from Homebase (ordered online, collected in store). Had to raise a claim because no cashback showed up (but I find I have to do that for 90% of transactions). After 5 months, Homebase now say they are declining the cashback because I returned the item. I didn't. Where is their proof? I have asked TCB to ask them for proof, though I have no hope that Homebase will respond. I will not use them again for cashback.
