Be very careful when ordering products from this company as any faulty parts have to be collected and then re delivered by their courier. In my case, 3 planks of flooring (out of 72) were faulty. rather than replace them at the local store, I was instructed that I had to get them collected and then replacements sent out. Bear in mind it took 14 days for the original delivery, so the room I was re flooring would have be uncompleted for another 2 weeks for just 3 planks. In the end I bought another pack. When I flagged the issue to their customer service they were not remotely interested. Avoid the hassle and go to B&Q instead

Purchase failed to track. Enquiries took 5 months to conclude and had to be nudged to get any response. I personally no longer trust this retailer and for such a small amount of cashback am surprised they would rather promote a poor customer service. Very poor indeed.

The tracking was very quick, cb has now been confirmed in the time frame I was expecting. The product bought is fantastic and delivery was great, had morning call to give me 2 hour delivery window. Would use again and again :)

The cashback took ages to track, and homebase delivered the product while we were out on holidays (without any notice). They left the product outside our property, luckily we were back on the same day. Will never use them again.

Won't buy from their online store again. Very bad experience. I have called them 2 times for chasing up my delivery. Made another 2 calls for requesting a return collection. And the worst part is they mistaken my request so I've have to call them up twice and keep emailing again to rearranging another collection. Everytime they just tell you to wait for 48 hrs however there's alway delays. Cashback only tracked around 1/3 of my purchase value. Annoyed!
