Absolute con. 18 months and still no cashback. TCB have been most unhelpful and obstructive; this transaction has made me rethink my association with the website. Avoid at all costs, regrettable that I HAVE to give it 1 star!

I'm gutted I have to award a star, they don't deserve any!!! No payout after a genuine purchase, annual service was a farce, engineer was more interested in getting his hands on my sons guitars and walking around the house, than actually servicing the boiler. I wont be renewing with these con artists. Don't fall for it, like I did, go elsewhere.

Cashback tracked at 0.00 and declined, even though I had a policy with them for a year. No way to find out why it has been declined. An absolute rip-off; don't try to get cashback through this company!

12 months on and still nothing, put a claim in for not being tracked, then went to tracked wrong amount sent further claim now tracking at zero and another claim in my renewal has come round quicker than my cashback good job my order wasn't based on it as there service has been good shame cashback not been the same

Beware as others have already advised they do not always pay even if your transaction has tracked. Still waiting after a year for cashback have an open case still trying to get my cashback one of the worst i have come across on this site
