What a con - wanted landlords certificate and cover for boiler etc. Cashback is only available if you did not add anything like cover. Not impressed

Only got one star because you can't give no stars. Initially tracked then disappeared and as I was over 120 days trying to claim they wouldn't pay. I can't emphasise enough how disappointed I am with them their renewal came in the other day straight to the bin.

Tracked at zero in January . After repeated attempts to chase it up it finally became payable in November ....at zero. Just in time for christmas . Cracking result! And why do i have to give them at least one star? What have they done to deserve one star? I am officially giving them what they have given me...A big fat zero!

I have been using TCB for many years, and Homeserve is the only merchant that has refused to pay out on a legitimate claim. I can only recommend that you don't take out a policy with them if you really want to see cash back.

Only got one star as you cant give no stars.Went to decline and then topcashback no help as any claim after 6 months is automatically rejected do not buy i emphasis do not purchase through topcashback

They seem to have developed a way to avoid paying the cashback. I tried 3 times buying a policy (via topcashback), every time at the end they send an email "oops!! something went wrong. Call us on 080...."... now, to me this seems a cheap way to avoid paying the cashback because it will be marked on their system as bought directly from them. Then after a few months they'll decline it (as it happened with some of the reviewers)

Hopeless on all levels. 9 months in and still no cashback. On the one call out and one service that we have had they did not turn up to 9 different appointments. A company best avoided.
