My first Cashback to ever be declined. I've been using this site for over 5yrs and have received £hundreds back, so not a newbie. Only chose Homeserve because of its amazing cashback incentive and now they refuse to pay. Definitely won't be renewing. With regards to there actual service can't really comment as it was never required.

Waste of time expecting cashback. I've provided them with details of where I live, where my tenant lives, order number etc etc and they still refuse to pay out. Don't bother

Cashback has tracked but not paid yet after 4 months waiting, not very hopeful of getting my £75 now, bear this in mind if cashback is the deciding factor before taking out the cover... i have used the cover and the service was good if a little hurried.

Took out a policy in May and it has finally tracked , i now have the long wait for it to become payable . But for £105 cashback , i can be a little more patient !

long term TCB user with decent running total of received cashback - transaction never tracked in May 2014. Still waiting on a response from merchant almost 4 months on, don't hold much hope of seeing this...... out of interest, anyone receive anything from these guys?

only trackede at £ 15 cashback , opened a tickett TCB sais will take 3 months to get a reply from merchant. Not very happy with that. Are TCB walking to the merchants place of business or sendind a snail . If you want correct and quick cashback stay away from these

I have only just requested a Boiler Cover cover and annual boiler inspection with Homeserve. I don't yet know if I will recieve the promised cash back amount but it appears to be working OK so far. I had a bit of trouble working out the BACS payment method to get my cashback but here's hoping it works.

There are other companies that offer a comparable service, but with the £70 cashback taken into account this works out much cheaper for a minor reduction in quality and level of service.

No cashback 6 months down the line. Awful company, called out to fix boiler, they claimed they couldn't repair it. Called British Gas, they came out the same day and fixed boiler. Don't bother with these cowboys...

Received the normal email saying there was an error with application like many others so didn't expect much. Rang them up and they said all fine, the payment had gone through and the cashback appeared the next day. I got full flat landlords cover and engineer called within the week to arrange CP12 and boiler service which was completed within the week so I'm chuffed so far, hopefully it will confirm and pay out.

Very good experience overall but one note of caution is that cover does not commence until after the 14 day cooling off period, so do not immediately cancel existing arrangements

Just completed purchase online after several attempts due to error msgs (similar to other customers' feedback). However, got email from Homeserve saying there has been error in processing that application... ?? Can anyone help? I was intending on waiting a few days... perhaps policy documents will come through. Hesitant to call as well because i have lost out on cashback by calling up a different merchant before...
