Promised a cashback and now not confirming. Keeps showing as Pending in the dashboard, provided all the details, and still no response. A big CON!!!

Service from home serve was good but didn't get the cashback as promised, which is a shame because only worked out to be a good price if you got the cashback.

I didn't get the cashback, and the service when we needed a boiler repair was hopeless. We waited in on 5 separate days for the repairman to come, before he finally arrived...with the wrong parts. After the parts were eventually fitted, we found they had not been fitted properly and had hired our own boiler repairman to do the job. So, seriously unimpressed with this.

Bought in December 2014 Cashback refused as they claim TCB was not the last referral. I know how to use CB sites so this is not true and just a poor show on Homeseves part. Will be cancelling as soon as I get to one year with them. Initial inspection had to be chased up too, Homeserve are generally quite useless.

Been a member for sometime and get told by topcashback that they were not the last referral and cashback has been refused. I know how to get cashback so this is rubbish. Avoid!

Did not get the correct cashback amount (£30 instead of £80). Homeserve advised that this was because tcb wasn't the referrer. If this is the case why are they paying £30!

This is my second review as having now read all the bad reviews about Homeserve, I feel I need to add more. This is the first time I have had a cashback turned down and I have been a member for many years. Homeserve first started to say that I needed a different reference number than the one I provided. I went through all the paperwork and gave them every possible reference number that they required and they still refused to pay. This is a complete con.

5 months in and still waiting for cashback to become "payable". TCB are notably absent in their assistance in this case which is unusual; appears they have had enough too. Going on the other reviews and my own experience, I'd recommend you avoid HomeServe.

Don't waste your time with this lot , you won't get paid cashback and go elsewhere , a complete con and i will be cancelling as soon as i have had boiler serviced.

Went with Homeserve due to £75 cashback. This was in September. Cashback did not track. I raised this, only to be given a very suspicious, half-baked answer about a reference ID not being provided(?), therefore cashback claim has failed. Very poor.

Cashback declined after waiting 5 month. Been a member of topcashback for few years and this is the first time I have ever had cashback declined. Only took out the breakdown policy with homeserve because of the high cashback. Avoid this merchant. Looking at recent reviews I'm not the only person this has happened to.

STILL WAITING FOR CASHBACK AFTER 6 MONTHS....homeserve are fine as a cover provider , they did the promised boiler check and service promptly and efficiently but without the cashback their deal is not as good as TOPCASHBACK lead you to believe. No problem with Homeserve just TOPCASHBACK's inability to pay up!

Watch out for their on line sales techniques, when you go via the link they offer you alternative products which if you select you will lose your cash back (they dont tell you about this) and because of the long payment time you will find you fall foul of the 100 day (14 week) rule to file a recovery claim/complaint...I've learnt from experience here so just beware

Just be aware when you go to the merchants website they try to sell you alternative products which if you select as I did you then their is no cash back, so I lost out in excess of £100 so I wont be selecting a home serve cashback again

Homeserve have not paid out for this despite me tracking them correctly so I won't use them again. Beware and don't count on them for the cashback - they also do not provide a detailed account for their refusal.
