what can I say? This is a fantastic offer for joining the club...as a chocoholic i was interested anyway but to be paid over £6 for the privelege is fab. You can cancel at any time though I have to say the benefits of the club itself...outside of cashback experience...is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!

The products are truly incredible, they have become my favourite gift and treat! Pricy?, yes, but only compared to buying other more inferior chocolates. Cash back has happened but took a while, suggest you order, sit back and enjoy the taste and by the time the cash back arrives it will be time to order more!

an excellent company to deal with. The customer service is nor one of those god awful 'press one for...' etc. They are always friendly and sort any problems out right away. Have had an item damaged in transit when I let them know a replacement was sent out no questions asked. They are not cheap but you pay for what you get. No chemical rubbish in the chocolate and a customer service that is second to none

Tracked within 24 hours. The amazong product arrived within 48 hours well packaged. One of he giant slabs that I had ordered had broken in transit which wasn't a problem but when I let Hotel Chocolat know this and the fact that I was very impressed with the service I got immediate contact to say that a replacement was in the post.
The Chocolate isn't cheap but you pay for quality and fantastic customer service - they could teach som companies a thing or two.
Go on place that order now - you know you will enjoy it!

I was very pleased with all the items I purchased as christmas presents, and I think the recipients were also very happy.
It was especially pleasing to discover that not only had I earned cashback, but had also won a hugh box of chocolates

Fabulous retailer with fantastic choice. Discount was quite high and an additional promotion was added (free chocolate box). The delivery was quick as well. Fab! I wouldn't go to the shop personnaly, better online.

Nice Chocolate but to me, not that 'expensive' taste wise. I have cancelled my club membership but since had a delivery of more chocolate and mone taken from account. One phone call sorted it out - so make sure if you are going to cancel that you do so well in advance.

I love the chocolate from this retailer. It's even better than Thorntons in my opinion and they are always bringing out new varieties. The easter eggs are not to be missed especially the caramel chocolate one. Delivery is always quick and now I know I can get cashback as well shopping on this site is even better.
