Well this was the first transaction I've tried and honestly I was sceptical but couldn't believe it worked. I've purchased an Item I was going to buy anyway using cash back effectively paid the postage and as the item was bulky it was certainly worth getting delivered. I was also able to find another discount code for 10% off which was also accepted - RESULT

chocolate arrived broken which was dissapointing as it was a present. Purchase didn't track back either so had to chase up, eventually they paid £1, but that was a bit less than the amount I was due. Not great, but chocolate tastes nice apparently!
