I rated earlier as 5 stars as product, service and tracking excellent; but as far as cashback goes, it appears that tracking is as far as it gets. I could not find reports of anyone receiving cashback and mine is certainly showing no sign of progressing. Order for the chocolate but don't expect cashback!

Excellent chocolates for a treat but tey are too quick to take next months auto debit. I joined 1 Dec, was debited 6 Dec on a 4 week frequency and the next debit was 14 Dec, just 12 days after the first. Clearly nothing like 4 weeks, this must have been taken hoping that I would be too late in cancelling (had this been my intention). So if you try then & decide to cancel, do it rapidly.

I purchased a summer pick me up for my friend to be delivered to her as a surprise which it was and very quickly too which was wonderful. However as I entered the delivery and billing addresses as 2 different ones I was hoping that my friend wouldn't see the cost and the invoice would be sent to myself; it wasn't! The web site gave the option of adding a message if the order was a gift so you would expect to have the invoice sent to the billing address. Was very disappointed with this but the products are great.

Cashback not received and no apparent effort made by TCB to get my cashback for me even thought the cashback was showing as confirmed. Product received was very good and cannot fault the experience of shopping on the Hotel Chocolat website. However I will not use TCB for this merchant again.

oh yes got home friday to find my chocolates had arrived, even if i dont get the cash back they are well worth the £9.95 joining fee and if i do get the cash back whoopee, im blagging family members to join so i can get more, yum, by the way i do shop at hotel chocolat as they are delcious chocolates and now i know what i like after the tasting pack and batons.
