Cashback tracked for purchase in May, supposed to be payable end of June. Still waiting and it's the middle of August. Nice chocolate, not so great with cashback.

Excellent chocolate. Tracked easily. Cashback received on time. Postage only £10 if you go for next day delivery, otherwise £4.95 for 2 or more items to 1 address.

Cannot fault Hotel Chocolat in any respect. Their products are superb - in the first instance thought they were rather pricey, but you do get what you pay for! The speed of cashback notification is second to none also - they have a superb customer service section where you actually speak to a person, not a machine, and who are genuinely helpful and consideration. All in all - a very worthwhile retailer and products.
