Have waited for more than 5 weeks after actually checking out of the hotel that was a) pre-paid b)a no-refundable booking. Still not even tracked. Beginning to think this is a bit of a scam.

Great website, even better when the cashback promo is 15%! Made about 20 bookings in the last 4 months and maybe 4 of those haven't tracked (could be down to safari/chrome browser use).
Only drawback is length of time to pay out. I have stays from 3 months ago that are still awaiting payable status which seems excessive due to the nature of the product - it's not like there is any chance of the stay being refunded or cancelled after the event?!

Still waiting for cashback after over 16 weeks!! Booked a hotel then turned up to hotel and no booking was made and no room available!...we were stranded on the isle of wight and all they were saying was sorry there are no rooms! Finally found one over an hour and half on the phone! Terrible service!! Woulda not recommend!! (received £60 back from hotels.com but this was no consolation following the awful experience!).

Have not received cashback. Have sent through a claim and havent heard anything in a while. Dont think it will be coming through if I have to refer to other reviews. although the booking process with Hotel.com was pretty easy.

I paid for 3 hotel rooms on an offer of 12.12% cashback AND 10% discount posted in July. I received the discount and payment was taken immediately but after the stay Hotels.com has refused to pay the cashback and topcashback seem to be unable to get this for us. My husband also booked 2 rooms on this offer. We are out of pocket by nearly £85 as we had passed the discount on to family.I am extremely disapponted,angry in fact as I feel we have been deceived and,as a previous member has noted, missed out on 5 Reward points from Hotels.com

don't use the 10% discount codes available each month as your cashback will track at 12% but when it becomes payable you gett paid at £0 also you don't get your rewards points.so you are 12% worse off by using the code

My cahsback for Hotels.com never tracks - have to raise a manual claim, which is a shame, as both topcashback and hotels.com benifits go together quite well!

It now says "Online Booking AT FULL PRICE". Maybe this is just for the current 12% special; maybe not. Loads of prices on the site show up as discounted, so will there be fewer opportunities for cashback from now on?
My two current bookings had tracked at 12% a while ago - they have now dropped to 8%. What a shame.

It looks like it's all change with hotels.com cashback. They're now offering 12% for 'Online Booking AT FULL PRICE'. Lots of prices on the site are supposedly discounted though. So does that mean fewer chances to get cashback from now on?
Two current bookings I've got with them, which originally tracked at 12%, have just dropped down to 8%.
What a shame.

I'm disappointed in Hotels.com this time (though previous cashback experiences have been good). Hotels.com have a "Price Guarantee" - if you find the same deal cheaper elsewhere then Hotels.com will refund the difference. I booked with Hotels.com but soon after found it was cheaper on Laterooms and so I claimed the (only) £6 difference. Meanwhile my cashback of £35.44 did not track and so far there's been no response from Hotels.com. It's looking like my cashback has been voided because of my Price Guarantee claim. Surely Hotels.com should still pay cashback in this situation, even if they adjust the cashback total to take account of their £6 refund.

Hotels.com have a veyr east to use intertface for finding great bargain stays, add to this amazing customer service and good cash back rates!
Stay 10 nights and get another 1 free also. 3 of us stayed at the holiday inn express for under £30 for all including buffet (all you can eat) breakfast - and the got cashback!
Love it A+++++

Had to chase for missing cashback, but I could have just been a bit too keen. Cashback has appeared and linked to the free day after staying 10 days it's definitely one I'll be using again.

Maybe I've just been unlucky but although the hotels.com cashback has, so far, always turned up eventually I have had to raise topcashback support tickets on 3/4 occasions relating to missing cashbacks & long delays before confirmed sums became payable. Topcashback have been very helpful & hotels.com product is good - just a bit much hassle recovering the cashback.

Great merchant, tracked without problems, cashback got paid in a couple of months. The whole cashback process went very smoothly. I used Hotels.com via this site a few times and would use them again.

I have to agree with all the positive feedback - friendly helpful service, cashback always appears, it sometimes takes a few months, but there has never been a problem. Sign in as a member of Hotels.com to qualify for the free night for every 10 nights booked. Excellent service, with very competitive rates.

I do book a lot of hotels through this website due to the 1 night free offer and the deals. My last few bookings however have resulted in a missing claim request for each stay. Never used to be like this, wondering why started now. The new policy does say wont now track until you have had your stay but still didn't track for me. Room for improvement.

Decided to book our USA holiday accommodation (8 nights) based on the amount of cashback we would receive through hotels.com. Still no cashback and all £96.97 of it after booking this 7 months ago. Very poor service.
