Purchased hotel in Feb, as at May not even acknowledged despite numerous emails. Seduced by bonus cash back for time limited period. Hotel purchased was same cost elsewhere, but the Hotel.com cash back was the draw. To date - nothing just "waiting for merchant" on claim. Avoid like the plague

Purchased a hotel at a time of a special extra cash back offer in Feb. To date no response, no acknowledgement and no cash back in sight. Nudges sent, but no joy. Hotel was available at same cost elsewhere, but I was seduced by cash back on offer - wish I'd had gone elsewhere. Won't use this merchant again

Really good experience, exceptional cashback offer along with savings on hotel booking. Would recommed or use again for other planned trips throughout year for stays in top hotels for less.

Avoid this if you can. I have used 5 times in last two months and it has only tracked ONCE.
When you place a claim the new regulations are that they will only process it AFTER you have been on your holiday, so prepare to wait many months.
Very disappointed (not had any trouble with any other companies tracking!!)

I would recomend hotels.com to any one as it is easy to book and pay. I have used hotels.com on a number of occasions but this time I got money back from top cash back great.

Tracked quickly, however the merchant has declined my cashback and had to chase up for it! Still awaiting for reply- so based on that extra work I had to do to fill in missing cashback form and my time, I would say my experience with hotels.com via tcb has been less than average. I sure hope they will honour my cashback as advertised or I will seek legal action and sue them for damages to my online shopping confidence. I get so scared to click on advertisements now due to this experience!

Very wide range of hotels in al price brackets across most of UK and abroad. Good discount rates and easy to book. Never had any problems with this company and have no hesitation is recommending.

Tracked within hours and I was aware the payment wouldn't be made until after the hotel stay. I waited until 3 months after the stay and still no payment. Contact TCB and within 10 days the payment was made - fantastic service from TBC. Well worth the loose change tips that I put in when I withdraw funds. A cracking rate of cashback too!

The site was easy to use and understand and clearly showed all the options for hotels available in the area. Check out was easy - unlike Expedia - I tried 10 times to check out without succeeding - then I went to this site and did it straight away!

Quick and easy to book with hotels.com but be aware of extra charge included. At time of booking I was charged extra £26.80 and on quering this, was told it was due to over-occupancy but this was incorrect. Hotels.com customer service rang the hotel then called me back to advise the charge was incorrect & I got a refund straightway. Will certainly use them again
