Very poor. Foul play and cheats. Declined a completely fair cashback of £210 - I out of principle will never use hotels.com again and shame on topcashback for allowing a retailer to manipulate what cash backs they pay.

Booked in July 2013, stayed August 2013, tracked immediately but still waiting for cashback in February 2014. Not very good and may not use them again.

I have stayed dozens on nights/times through hotels.com in the last few months and only one has tracked! Now I have to submit missing claims - time consuming and annoying. I will revert to bookings.com

Tracked at wrong amount, declined, tracked at right amount, then later declined. Raised a ticket which just fizzled out without any feedback. I did this one "to the book". The only thing is that I may have used them previously and somehow they knew this... anyway it's not guaranteed.

Bad experience with Hotels.com: booked a one night stay and received confirmation email stating "Your booking is guaranteed...". Then, 3 days before our hotel stay we received an email to say that the booking had not gone through. They offered to rebook - at current rates (ie £40 more expensive per night than when I originally booked). Pretty annoyed.

Usually tracks and pays with no issues. On the 3 or 4 occasions have submitted a manual claim and seems to work. Good customer service. Have had £750 from this site plus 4 free nights

I have used this website many times through top cashback and can't fault it. On only one occasion (being my last claim) did my transaction not track. As this was for a considerable amount (£180) I submitted a manual claim to top cashback and am happy to say this has now tracked and become payable today. Overall I have had £800 back with this merchant and you can also collect free nights so I would suggest you give them a chance.

Extremely disappointed! Cashback was declined for no apparent reason (paid in full, trip has been taken, no discount/voucher codes used, fully compliant with conditions). Cashback claim made, and declined again. I will NOT be using this merchant again, there are plenty of others out there who honour their cashback offer!

First time, recorded the wrong cashback. Imeediately declined and a new, correct, cashback amount recorded. Two weeks later this has been declined. Used Hotels.com before successfully. Have not done anything against terms and conditions. So looks like a shake of the stick to me. Chasing this one up with TCB.

I always seem to have problems with payouts from Hotels.com. Tracking failures, refusals, and dragging out of missing claims. These are the only merchant I've ever had to claim for, and that's on a repeat basis. Poor.

This offer is too good to be true. 7th March 2013 I purchased 1 week away for 2K @ 10% cashback. Week away was w/c 29th July 2013. Great week away, I checked out using the same card I paid with..Its now 20th August and still no sign of any money and no answer from Hotels.com, and topcashback. I wont use hotels.com again.

Excellent cash back rate and service, I use Hotels.com all the time now for bith business and leisure. I have only experienced ne problem with them and this was due to me using a disount code. I aways make sure when clicking through to the site I get the tracked box open up, I have received over £500 in cash back in the last two years and have had 7 nights from the welcome points scheme. Excellent - keep up he good work.

No cashback forthcoming and no rewards points either. Not a good experience with hotels.com. Topcashback have been stellar in trying to get them to pay up but hotels.com moved the goalposts. One snotty email winging its way to them now. It's the first and last time I endorse them. It seemed to good to be true and in my case was. Nearly £40 denied for allegedly using another search engine!!! Be careful and clear your history before visiting their site.

Booked with hotels.com jan-2012 for stay jul-2012. Completed stay as per their instructions. I am still waiting for their cashback (now jul-2013). Absolutely disgraceful.
