Transaction was initially tracked but then declined few months later. I raised a claim with tcb and it was pursued for few months but in the end l&g declined again saying t&c not meet. It has been about 9 months since I purchased my home insurance policy. I am gutted to have declined cashback after waiting for so many months. Not a happy customer.

Cashback didn't initially track but after raising a ticket the transaction was tracked and paid.

Absolutely shocking! This has gone on for months and I have been refused cashback for not meeting terms and conditions despite making a legitimate transaction through topcashback!! Get Legal and General off your cashback website as they quite clearly don't understand how it works and waste everyone's time.

Terrible didn't track. Complained to L&G they said see topcashback. Topcashback has no phone and has put my complaint till MARCH which will be passed my 14 day cooling off period so I'm cancelling. Shame!!

Totallt disappointed with the cashback from Legal&General taking over 11 months. It was advertised as £31.50 cashback when I took out the insurance. Then it went down to £30 and now it has dropped down to £26. Now I don't know who is at fault here but this certainly doesn't leave me with much confidence in either parties. Please don't bother getting insurance with them unless it's really a good deal for you without the cashback. Because it is really not worth all the hassle I've been through chasing people up.

Great cashback amount, completely forgot about it, so only just withdrew 46 weeks after purchasing. Says 36 weeks in the detail, but can't be sure when exactly the amount became payable!

Took out a home and contents package, cashback was refused for no reason, despite multiple challenges still refused. L&G did not even respond to a complaint direct to them. Avoid in my opinion

Hey, I am sorry your cashback has been declined. I can assure you the merchant and their network will only do this if they have solid reasons to do so.
