Took an insurance policy out in Jan 2015 and have been told that it won't pay out until AfterXmas 2015? Too long to have to wait for cashback in my opinion.

Declined to pay out even though I still have the insurance in place. (A con for people to purchase their products and then they don't want to pay out) be careful of this company , Fraudsters, and dishonest. I find it disgusting for them to offer cash back and the decline it.

Don't waste your time, they don't give the promised cash back. Been chasing this since November 2014 and have only just got an answer saying NO CASHBACK will be paid.

TOOK OUT INSURANCE VIA TOPCASHBACK EXACTLY AS YOU WOULD NORMALLY, VERY GOOD RATE OF CASHBACK, TAKES SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE YOU GET IT BUT ITS WORTH THE WAIT

Same as other reviewers. I have gained over £1200 in cashback over the years but have now had this declined from L&G saying Topcashback wasn't the last referral---I don't think so. Please be aware.

Waited the 6 months as requested only to be rejected as apparently topcashback were not the last referral screen used to complete the transaction. Wot a load of balls, how about sending some proof of why you have scammed £75 in cashback and conned me into an expensive £145 policy. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Waste of time, do not use this company! I ordered home & contents insurance in exactly the same way I do every other online transaction; it tracked for about 4 months then was declined for no reason. I submitted a claim, then couple of weeks later received a made up excuse about TopCashBack not being the last referer. Absolute rubbish, they clearly had no intention of paying from the start. I don't get why TopCashBack is advertising them as having a 99.28% satisfaction rating - of their 92 reviews more than three quarters of them are 2 stars or less! How does that give a satisfaction rating of 99.28%? Even some of the five star reviews are from reviewers trying to get their reviews seen, since TopCashBack hide the negative reviews as best they can by putting the positive ones first - they should be sorted by date with the most recent reviews first by default, like every other website does. As they regularly do not pay up, Legal and General should be removed from TopCashBack completely!

i brought my home insurance last year in September through cash back no transition recorded therefore i lodge a missing cashback . It took 6 months that cash back is confirmed on my account but before its change to payable its suddenly disappear from my account i report this to cashback but they says the company did not approve this for many reason that they dont know.i dont blame this to top cashback that company did not pay after its on confirmed status. i did not know why after 7 months waiting the cashback disappear from my account. very very sad.

Can't I give zero stars? If they refuse to pay, after I've provided all the account numbers, order time/date etc, and the policy is STILL IN PLACE, why would they refuse the cashback even after submitting a claim? Don't bother with them. Clowns.

4 months on and nowhere near seeing the cashback from this merchant. Have been informed it could be anything from another 4 weeks to 6 months before I am likely to see it. Not impressed.

Less than 1 star.. Cut a long story short. It tracks at 0.00 then it vanishes from your account. Claim submitted. L&G make excuses. Claim rejected and total amount payable 0.00. Should be banned from TCB. Typical insurance company. Quick to take your money. But don't expect any cash back.

Claim tracked but they declined saying I'd cancelled the policy, I still pay the policy and have proof! It's a scam, don't bother!

No idea what happened. I had a claim of £60, and the tracking said it was going to be reviewed by the merchant. Three days later the claim completely disappeared from my account, I have sent an email to tcb, and had no replies.
