TopCashback members who have written a review of their experience have given Marriott Hotels an overall rating of three stars. Some of the positives mentioned include the fact they offer a good choice of great hotels and the excellent service provided by staff, with one customer saying they “would recommend this hotel chain to anyone, anywhere in the world”.

Some of the feedback left also makes reference to the fact that the menber's cashback tracked immediately or was paid out swiftly, with one person saying it was the “fastest payout I have ever had. Paid within days”.

Marriott.co.uk also has a three-star rating on Trustpilot, with the four and five-star feedback highlighting the fact the hotel the customer stayed in was in a great location or the staff were very friendly, with one reviewer impressed with the fact that a lady on the phone had spent an hour helping them to book their dream trip to Australia. One regular Marriott customer, meanwhile, describes how they receive a “really great service every time”.

I Think topcashback should remove Marriott from the listing, as with other users having to chase them up as my most recent visit has tracked at Zero. - What a waste of time..

Cashback finally seems to be happening. I put in a manual claim so long ago that I'd forgotten about it. It's not my oldest claim though - they don't pay out every time.

I have spent over £500 on Marriott hotels through this site. No cashback received. No reasons given. Not even the courtesy of a response in SIX months. Very poor. BE WARNED - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Stayed in January 2010, its nearly June and no sign of cashback despite manual claim and nudges to TCB. With this many complaints noted here, why do TCB still link up with this partner?

Reserved on line and visit the hotel about a week later. But the cash back did not track at the time. It took about 4 - 5 month after I submitted an inquery for part of the cash to be tracked. I am still waiting for another one.

Showed as £0.00 for about 3 months. Logged a missing claim with TCB and sat in pending for another couple of weeks. Finally paid to me now. Payment is lower than even what i should have got ex. VAT.

About a month to track, I had to put a claim in as the cashback showed as zero. Topcashback and Marriott sorted my claim within a few days.

Correct amount for one of my transactions has now appeared in the 'pending' column, along with a mystery zero in the 'confirmed' column. Still waiting on a second claim. Confused! Hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable and friendly, but fixed rate breakfast is very overpriced unless you like to eat loads.

Great hotels but do not book just for the cashback. Stayed in May 2009 and again on 3 Oct 09 and neither has been paid! May stay not even tracked yet despite a manual claim - rubbish!!
