	Cashback tracked quickly and payed out after 3 months. The direct cashback on the mobiles.co.uk site itself was sent out by cheque after a month. Cancelling phone and gadget insurance was easy. Very pleased overall.

	CAUTION: mobiles decided to pay my cashback to another party even though i had purchased through the topcashback site. If you shop around before buying and use comparison websites make sure you delete 'cookies' before linking through topcashback, this may prevent others claiming a commision.

	another cashback site is offering £50 for mobiles.co.uk contracts but topcashback is only offering £40 which is a shame as I would rather use topcashback, increase it and I would rather use you than another cashback site

	Previously, to get cashback for a contract phone with this retailer, you had to click through the link "Mobiles.co.uk - Contract Phones". This link in question ("Mobiles.co.uk") was for cashback for PAYG phones, which generally attracted positive reviews, whilst the link for contract phones (" "Mobiles.co.uk - Contract Phones") generally attracted negative reviews as the cashback process was certainly more hit or miss. It's funny how TCB have decided to combine both links, leaving out the negative comments from "Mobiles.co.uk - Contract Phones", whilst keeping the overwhelmingly positive comments from the PAYG side of things. I wonder why?

	Good merchant. Cashback paid out already after around 5 weeks. Good cashback on pay as you go. Good company to deal with, next day delivery and phones come unlocked. Sure to use again.

	NOT impressed so far with this company's communications ! Did not receive a confirmation email for my purchase. Could not log into my account to track orders as their system did not send me password reminders/reset (and I did check my spam box). Phoned the company 12 times this morning ! - even trying different departments each time was cut off dead. Sooooo frustrated ! A joke these people are in the communications business at all !

	Got the phone with no problem but no £10 top up,emailed customer support which sent apologies for any inconvenience caused. then told to wait 14-28 for a cheque. after waiting 28 days emailed again to be told no cheque had been sent because a system error and to wait another 14-28 to get a cheque. :(

	Placed an order with these clowns and although they promise next day delivery it is now two days since placing the order and at the time of writing this review still no sign of the phone? Tried calling their customer service department and because they are owned by Carphone warehouse the usual poor service remains as expected...kept on hold for over half an hour and still no answer....Will not be using this merchant or any other cpw site! Proceed with caution!

	Wow! Incredibly good value and no catches at all! Have now ordered 3 phones from here - 2 x PAYG and 1 contract and all have been excellent value for moneyand given great cashback. Highly recommended.
