	I got my mobile contract via mobiles.co.uk in March 2010 (TWENTY TEN) since then, despite numerous messages/nudges mobiles.co.uk has so far refused to pay the cashback offered and this claim is still sat 'waiting for retailer'. Avoid if you want cashback to be paid! Useless!

	I've dealt with this company before - and they are unbeatable, in every way! Earning £30.30 through this site for my new phone was a complete bonus. I would recommend them to everyone.

	Hello On this site (mobile.co.uk) phone was mentioned as brand new phone (non refurbished). but when we have got the product we tried getting it unlocked from 3. When we called customer care they told us that this phone is refurbished. This was very disappointing to us as site says it was brand new phone. We are very disappointed with this & will think again & again before buying anything from mobile.co.uk. We will also share our bad experience with mobile.co.uk with other forums & people & will inform them about them about bad service from mobile.co.uk

	hello folks. just purchased monthly contract with handset on mobiles.co.uk via TCB. its tracked, but showing as £0.00. is this usual? if/when is this uplifted to £30 as advertised cashback for contract purchase?

	always tracks quick and the pay as you go phones always find new homes at a profit quick, the cashbake rate has been lower recently but if you do some googling you can get price matched at 6.18£

	Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! This lot are con merchants, claim to pay high cashback but never pay it!!! purchased iphone over 1 yr ago, all tracked normally but nothing paid, claimed for months and then no cashback with no reason, others seem to have a similar problem, so not just me. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

	Sent me my new phone but told me they had made a mistake and I couldn't upgrade. Heard nothing more after 4 months, so kept the phone and moved onto O2 simplicity. Cashback tracked and paid after 2 months!!

	Got a contract through them, put in a missing claim, Now 7 months after getting my phone they decide that I aint getting any cash back! AVOID at all costs!! Seems a good deal but other sites are just as good!

	I bought this phone 06/03/10... As far as I remember, the phone arrived quickly, however, I am STILL trying to get £50 cashback from them. I opened a claim on 17/03/10 & all I keep getting from Top Cashback is "waiting for merchant" - I would not recommend this merchant at all with regards to their cash back handling. I don't even own this phone any more, that's how long I've been waiting! :(

	I had used Mobile just over a year ago, product was great, but the extras and the cashback took months to sort out. This time phone arrived when stated and cashback was payable in 4 weeks. I feel they could have offered a higher cashback rate, like T-Mobile and Orange do, but my desire to have an unlocked phone meant I stuck with them. First Class this time round

	6 weeks after contract order, two weeks after enquiry submitted, still no tracking of the £40 promised. In three weeks (the period by which it should have tracked), I will write to Mobiles.co.uk, and then if haven't had satisfaction, I will either go to small claims court, or https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk the online small claims court for money claims. They cannot simply say "they did not mean it", when offering £40 for a contract purchase. It reminds me of the classic contract law case "re Carbolic Smoke Ball company". £40 is not peanuts.
