	This was a good deal as we actually have paid nothing to have these phones for 18 months, in fact we were getting paid! Bit slow to get the cashback money through though, has now been over 3 months and still no payment....

	Purchased a handset on contract in January. Sadly the purchase did not track, so I submitted a manual claim in the same month. Come May, my claim was still showing as 'Waiting for Retailer' so I sent a query to TCB regarding this. Within 2 days, TCB replied to confirm that the cashback has been authorised and was payable straight away. Summary: took a bit of time (4 months), did not track, and the claim only got sorted when I queried it. BUT: I got PAID. That's good enough for me.

	Tracked immediately and has been confirmed within a week of ordering. Purchase was only £10, recieved £6 cashback! Delivery from company was next day too.

	Rubbish avoid you will not receive cashback. Ive waited 6 months and still nothing. Contacted customer services on numerous occassions but nothing ever gets done.

	Everything was good - only negative is the merchant provides phone support and insurance which is difficult to cancel, and if not cancelled, there is a monthly fee

	Tracked very quick and has confirmed, was due to be payable end of march 11 but hasnt moved from confirmed so not sure if i will get this or not. Phone was excellent and free kinect arrived with phone.

	Cashback tracked in hours. Upgrade Phone arrived in 24 hours. Cant really fault it. Only paying £35 cashback, but got Samsung Galaxy 2 on a 18 month contact deal. Much better than anything Vodafone offerd me. Well pleased.

	Ordered phone pay as u go , which was delivered to the wrong address/person by delivery company. So took ages ages to get another one as mobiles.co.uk wanted me to complete a form and send signature verification before they could dispatc another order. It would have been easier if they contacted their delivery company to track down which address the driver had delivered my order to?

	Cashback tracked within 24 hours. Phone and 'free' gift (PS3) arrived within 48. Perfect really, presuming the cashback becomes payable, of course.

	Purchased new contract mobile in Dec 2010 and still no cashback despite several nudges to TopCashBack. Very disappointed. Would stay well clear of this site!

	I ordered my iphone in May 2010, on 24 mth contract, and still no cashback!!! tracked at 1p sent in god knows how many chasers on topcashback and still 'waiting for merchant' steer well clear of this lot, offer a lot and deliver very little from what I have seen 10 months after the purchase, and not impressed that TopCashback has done nothing about it, leaving others to fall into the same con as me!
