	Dreadful!!! This merchant does not recognise payments for account purchases which are payment for goods and you never seem to be paid out for them!!!

	Seems they only pay cashback on new customers now. They never paid much anyway but now it's nothing. Would have given 0 stars if I could as, to all intents and purpose, they are no longer paying cashback.

	£23.71 went to pending straight away.Stayed there for six months after which in was declined. Why ? Cant lodge claim as it has taken them over topcashbacks 100 day limit to decline this cashback . SORRY NEXT . POOR POOR SERVICE

	Is Cashback now only for new customers? I've been a Next customer for years, but all transactions lately track at 0.00, and I haven't received any Cashback? Next also don't offer incentives such as occasional free postage as other companies often do. Their clothes are generally good quality, but I've noticed the small sizes sell out quickly, so I've often been disappointed to see something I really like, and find it's sold out in my size!

	After more than six months, cashback has dropped to zero and declined for no reason. Very disappointed in Next, as cashback was over £20 on a large purchase.
