I cannot believe that I paid £90 for a jacket and did not receive any cashback. I did not notice the cashback was for new customers only. Very poor show for faithful customers.

Took over 3 months to deliver a chair we ordered, then declined the cashback that had been pending while we waited for delivery. No idea why, it was valid and our first purchase with Next but we cannot appeal it now as the delivery has taken so long it is outside of the 100 day appeals limit.

Cashback tracks but then is declined for no valid reason. DO NOT USE if you are basing your decision on the cashback as Next will not pay!!

First online purchase from next. Transaction never tracked and so raised a legitimate claim. After months of waiting Next came up with an unconvincing excuse not to pay. Saying "Invalid claim Already registered with Advertiser" which makes no sense at all. Topcashback did their upmost to resolve. SO BE WARNED. Just check out other disappointed customer reviews before purchasing. Will not bother in the future with this merchant.

Two purchases, both tracked as zero recently. I have put in missing cashback claims for both - one has been declined and I am still waiting to hear about the second. I don't hold out much hope...

Cashback never tracks. I have successfully claimed it a few times after a long wait. But as it is only 1% I have given up with recent purchases.
Terrible cashback tracking giving Topcashback a bad name.

Payable went to zero. Will not be using Next again.
Waste of time. I suspect that as it is such a low percentage cash back they know most people won't pursue it for a few pence, But for them it adds up to a great deal of money.

Always have delivered to the store so no delivery charge, need to order on line as I am petit and not a good selection in store, however always need to chase cashback & TCB always manages to get the small amount come on next you can do better

I currently work for the company in one of our many retail stores. Customers do ask about the online ordering. you do not have to pay for a catalogue, this is optional at checkout. the £3.99 delivery charge is to a home address and you will receive it the next day. the other option online is to order it to be delivered to your local store.

love next and bonus on top cashback althought 1% very poor cashback. however in general next are very poor to give out good offers and you also have to pay for catalogue and postage. Have been a good customer for years but never get any good offers so to get on cashback bit of a bonus I suppose.

Although my Next transactions always track since I've been going through Topcashback to order from Next they've not included me in their VIP Sale (you know the time slot for the sale you get before it goes live to everyone), I'm convinced me going through Topcashback to order has something to do with this.
