Always receive good service, returns never an issue. Cashback not received at the time of review, but only 2 days since order. Maybe they should hold off for a while so the cashback experience can be reviewed.

I love shopping with Next because of their excellent delivery and returns and (mainly) reasonable quality goods. My only complaint is their premium rate customer service phone line - once you are past that though they are really helpful!
