I buy from Next quite a lot, but my transaction never tracks. I always have to complete a missing cashback claim form and the most of the time I do get a payout. I have had two now outstanding from last year. I commented on both of these claims and have been told I won't get the full cashback on one of them. They will give me half as a gesture of goodwill. I have no hope of the other one being sorted either!!

Watch out when buying online from Next - it seems they check your credit history before allowing you to register, even if you want to pay up-front with your own card.

As a newcomer I am very impressed with Top Cashback... Next is unbeatable on value / quality on clothes as far as I am concerned... Its a shame the rate isnt higher for the purchaser though..

No problem with the delivery always excellent, though am finding certain products are a lot smaller than they should be and sizes vary dramatically. Am experiencing a lot of returns, wouldn't buy underwear from them again.

Good quality products. Children's school wear very reasonable in price and is very hard wearing. The delivery is fantastic, if you order before 9pm it is usually delivered the next day. Returns are usually collected the following day after request.
