Ordering was simple and hassle free. Percentage cashback was low but ordering a catalogue was worth it particularly as this decreased the delivery cost too.
Cashback tracked quickly and was paid within a couple of months all automatically.

Think personally the cashback rate is quite poor considering next offer no other promotions whatsoever, i.e. student discount or delivery discounts. However, have had no problems with their cashback.
