Thoroughly disgusted with Next, they had a problem with their payment system and opened a next account without my authorisation, only realised this when I got an e-mail sying my account was available to view online. Not sure about cashback since not thorough yet but beware of using Next online.

Extremely quick tracking of cashback. Always pleased with Next service. Cashback rate very low considering the amount I spend with them. However, I buy from Next a lot and its money that I wasn't receiving before I discovered Topcash and every little helps! Just wish I had known about Topcash sooner!! Thanx

time and date of transactions easily identified on Topcashback. Small amount from merchant and they do not even want to pay that without a lot of fuss. Will use again as I have an account with them and do use for shopping, however the topcashback experience with them is poor

Next has good customer service and nice clothes. Very little cash back . Excellent delivery service and excellent couriers that return if you are out the next day.
