Significant purchase for me - cashback rate was very minimal so didn't even cover the delivery costs. Product was excellent and delivery was good, though had to wait for the goods (but I was aware of the time required at the point of sale).

The last 4 orders (going back to before Xmas) I have placed with Next have not been tracked yet. I use the Directory and there is a fixed £2.00 cashback. Previous to this, the sale used to track very quickly. I have had to put manual claims in for each purchase and am still waiting for Next to confirm.

Next are very crafty! Even if you place a large order and send just one item back they will not pay you any cashback!
I really like Next clothes but as time goes on their customer service and communication gets worse and worse!!
