	Add me to the list of dissatisfied customers. No tracking was done on this payment, which in turn has made this a more expensive policy than going direct to the competition. After raising a ticket on 10th July I was told it will be looked at on 25th September, due to a 90 day validation period.

	No cashback received despite Topcashback taking things up. One of the reasons for purchasing from Policy expert was that once I receive the cashback then the quote would have been competetive. Well not really now. Well should seriously reconsider the next time whether to continue with Policy expert

	Surprized to see to much good feedback! Didn't track, then showed as zero, then had to wait a longer period as stated on their terms, finally paid out, then I had to chase the M&S voucher with endless emails, I will say their customer service is ok, but they just seem unable to action anything quickly, not sure I'll be back.

	Very very disappointed just waited ten months to find out I didn't meet there terms and conditions which one i don't know as they won't tell me . I've just read them all and I met them all so perhaps a explanation should be in order at least . Very dissasatisfied and will take my business elsewhere in future !

	Been 11 months now in fact my policy runs out in 33 days . Still received no cash back have logged claim and am still being told to wait . Very unhappy .

	I have waited a year, a whole year and still no cashback. Remember cashback is not guaranteed so only use this company if they are the cheapest BEFORE you take into account the cashback. Needless to say I did not renew with them.

	Did everything by the book. Tracked then went to zero and stayed there permanently. Eventually declined cashback for no reason. Appalling company. Will never use them again. Without the cashback offer they are more expensive. Feel conned.

	steer clear.... bought my insurance with them but they reneged on the cash back despite putting in my bonafida claim.top cash stated nothing else could be done and no reasonable excuse was forthcoming even when requested

	Pro's - Bought a contents policy £75 for the year(paid full amount up front)on 08/04/13 and just got £61.30 CB - Great! Con's - As above, paid full year premium up front and when emailing Policy Expert to chase up my M&S Voucher and enquire about problem trying to buy travel insurance thru TCB website was told ' cant buy travel ins thru TCB and only one CB paid per address anyway!! So beware if thinking of purchasing another policy with them if you have already received one lot of cashback

	Policy Expert rang me after I looked at their website for a quote and offered me a good deal but suggested I get cashback through them in a few weeks. Took out policy on 6.4.13 and am still waiting for my £70 cash back! So not a happy bunny. Keep checking on here and bank account but still nothing. Has put me off cashback sites now.
