	i and bought my policy in January , cashback was only tracked in A ugust. now its December cant see any chance to be payed.i would not recomened that merchant and i will not use it again

	A total rip-off. The cash back seemed too good to be true, and guess what? It was! It originally Tracked at full amount, then payable at zero, months of fruitless emails to Topcash, resulting in zilch. If you think you are going to get a good deal on insurance, based on the cash back, think again. You have been warned……..

	Was initially dubious as to the long wait for cashback, but I took out a very competitive insurance quote at the end of September and cashback credited 8 weeks later. Great service and great cashback amount. Policyexpert have obviously sorted out their transaction issues!

	Not happy with this. Bought a policy in June 2012 - tracked and should have received payment by end of Sept. Still not received cash and is now showing £0.00. This is a company I will not be using again and I found TCB not very helpful either. It seems like a con to me.

	took two policies out with policy expert one for myself and one for my nan policy expert cashback was £ 70.00 odd pounds payable 31st october 2012 took the policy out october 2011 never got a penny off them i think this is a disgrace waited a whole year for the money then today took the money back off me wot a con

	I used this company (along with many other comparison sites) for my home building and contents insurance back in December 2011. It took a while to track and yes a long time to payout, this I think is partly due to the fact you can opt out of your contract with insurance companies via the cooling off period. I can only assume they wait til this time has passed to ensure you are going to stay with them. I did eventually get my cashback and sizeable it was too. Just be patient, make a cashback claim and give the odd nudge if required. I am now wondering when my renewal is due in a couple of months if I will get cashback again by going through TCB website?????????????

	Brought home insurance through this company, it was quickly tracked and received an email a day later from them to tell me when I should expect my cashback (about 60 days after the policy start date). Now waiting on a nice amount of cashback.

	Why is this merchant included in my cashback earnings when I haven't purchased from them? I merely got a quote from many suppliers but only chose the best, which was not this one.
