Big cashback at £110, and was the reason I moved supplier, as tariffs and cost were identical. Was concerned it stayed in Pending since order, and even after I was transferred to the supply. Contacted topcashback who assured me that as it had a payable date assigned, this was more important than a confirmed status. Good response and service from Topcashback support.

I first signed up with Scottish Power on 25/5/10 for £130 cashback. I heard nothing from Scottish Power but the transaction was pending on Topcashback until a few days ago and the £130 cashback disappeared to £0.00. I contacted Scottish Power and they had no note of me on their system. I have signed up again with Scottish Power but the cashback is down to £100 pending on my Topcashback account, I await some confirmation from Scottish Power!!

I completed the online application form on the 17th June when the cashback offer said £130. One week later I have yet to receive any confirmation from Scottish Power that my application was received nor is the transaction showing as tracked on topcashback. I phoned Scottish Power and they said my application was received on the 18th June and that on the same day an acknowledgement letter was sent out to me, which I haven't received. Scottish Power say they will resend the acknowledgement letter. I notice that the cashback offer now says £100. Hopefully I'll get the the full £130, but I suspect I'll only get £100 and hopefully I won't have to submit a manual claim. I'll let you know how I get on.

This never tracked the first time, so rather than go through here to get it traced I applied again a week later. This time the £130 is showing on the account after 24 hours, we wait and see now if this goes all the way to payable without a hitch.

Switched to a Scottish Power dual-fuel package at the end of January 2010, but failed to track. Manual claim submitted beginning of March, with a 'nudge' at the end of April. Claim finally paid at the end of May. Four months in all, but a reward at the end!

Tracked within a few days, was marked payable 31st March - there was a delay and it did not become payable until 21st May but it got there in the end and for £120 no complaints for me! Also reduced my monthly outlay on electricity and gas so pretty pleased all round.

tracked the next day and estimated payment date was 31/3/10 but wasnt actually payable until last week but I guess its worth the wait getting £110 for nothing and reducing my monthly payments. just waiting for it to appear in my bank account now!!
