I'm £120 richer and on a cheaper tariff! Switched in March and cashback has just become payable. I read a lot of the negative comments and was not sure whether or not to switch but I'm very glad now that I did. The process of switching was easy and Scottish Power cust services were very helpful in a phone call to check something. The online account management service for entering your meter readings once you are a customer is also easy to use.

please donot go for this. its been 5 months and mine still shows zero. i will soon be cancelling scottishpower if no cashback arrives. scottishpower = unreliable utility company.

I signed up at the end of October 2009 for the dual fuel deal which should pay £110. Despite numerous nudges, it still hasn't tracked. I am very very disappointed and certainly did not expect to be waiting for it to track 6 months later!

Received e-mails and letter from Scottish Power regarding change of supplier which should happen in the next 4 weeks. The £130 cashback is pending and was shown in my account within a week of signing up. All straight forward so far!
