Same as many others, changed over in march and still waiting for cashback in july. Top cashback just say it shouldn't be much longer, wouldn't use them again.

Swapped in early April. Became payable 14th April. Confirmed for payment 31st May. No payment, nothing - now 19th July. Top Cash Back just say wait wait wait and no further updates. Would like to know what the hold up is, when people who switched after me have already been paid?

Just a quick comment on Scottish Power. It is now 4 days since I applied through yourselves to move my gas & electric to SP, but although the cashback has been credited, so I assume it is going through, I have not had any confirmation from SP, via email or call or letter that they have received my application. They should at least send an acknowledgement followed by status updates to show that they are doing something, which I'm sure they are

I joined scottish power at the end of april and cashback should have been payable by 31st may but although it is confirmed it is still not yet payable and it is now july. it did track within a day at the right amount though so no complaints there.
Top cashback say that they are experiencing some delays with scottish power but my payment should be in the next batch so hopefully it won't be long now.
Even without the cashback i am still saving £105.00 a year by switching, they came up cheapest with every comparison site.

Didn't track at correct amount. TCB put it through very quickly and sorted it for me.. Been waiting since the 31/05/2010 for my payment though. TCB have said they're investigating it. Theoretically the other payments came through a month after expected - I'm just hoping that it isn't going to take longer than three months. I wish they could be realistic about the time it actually takes to pay the cashback - then so many people wouldn't be unhappy at waiting for so long.. :(

experiencing problems getting through the 3rd page on scottish power dual fuel £140 cashback link - first no mobile phone number entered wouldn't let me progress, then another time same information input but keeps saying tariff entered not available in region - this tariiff only just recently been put on - they need to sort out these difficulties and ensure the pages are user-friendly

I have had the same experience as in the previous post - the Online Energy Reward Dual Fuel tariff is not available when clicking through from the TCB site, whereas it is available when going direct to the Scottish Power site, or via uSwitch. TCB please comment

Tried yesterday and today with the "£140 cashback for duel fuel purchase", but clicking through to the Scottish Power pages does not offer their cheapest/fixed tariff called "On-line Energy Reward" though all other tariffs seem offered. Going direct via their website or through other comparison sites does offer the On-line Energy Reward tariff.
Have raised query with TCB.
Anyone else notice this omission or did actually get the On-line Energy Reward tariff?

Signed up for dual fuel - Changing to scottish power should save me a couple of hundred over British Gas accordinng to uswitch, plus cashback of over £150 with the top up! Tracked by next day and all looking very good.

Disappointed to find it appeared if I followed the link from TopCashBack the range of products was limited. If I went directly to the Scottish Power web site or through price comparison sites I could find a cheaper tariff. Obviously the £140 cashback is very good but have to balance this against the more expensive tariff costs.
