Cash back tracked very quickly I am still in the early days of switshing duel fuel so cant really comment on the service of Scottish power but so far i have had emails from them with details of how my switch over is going fingers crossed all goes well and they pay out the £80.80.

Tracked fast, then nothing for 2 months. Its still tracking now, even though scottish power *****HAS LOST THE WHOLE TRANSACTION*****
Topcashback advised to apply again, I guess the SP affiliate site was a Kermit and Beaker production.

I have been a member for a couple of years now and have had £211 paid into my account so far. It is frustrating to wait for months sometimes buy, HEY! IT'S FREE MONEY! Sit back and relax as defaults are rare in my experience. I recommend this site to all my friends but tell them not to expect instant returns. Patience is rewarded.

Tracked quickly - stayed at the tracking stage for several months then disappeared! Disputed the loss of payment which was acknowledged by Top Cashback but the record of the claim has also now disappeared! I could have got cheaper energy but anticipated that the cashback would balance the slight difference with other competitors - (yes, I know cashback is not guaranteed but I've rarely not got it...). I know that I did everything by the book but haven't been paid and certainly wouldn't recommend signing up based on cashback offered.

Transfer process was smooth and seamless, Scottish Power seem so far to be organised and efficient. Cashback is not due for another 6-8 weeks yet so can't comment on this part of the process but all good so far.
