	Cash back was paid in December but was payable in August. I would be wary of expecting a deal from Scottish Power in the future. Updates from TCB were of little help and weren't very informative.

	Changed supplier to SP early May. Am STILL waiting for Cashback six months later - if they don't pull their fingers out soon, I'll have switched again before it ever gets paid. Not happy. (PS - I thought there used to be a "nudge" feature to remind TCB to look into o/s payments, has this been disabled?)

	unfortunately scottish power were not helpful with my switch over the date and everytime i contacted them they told me something different and different advisors were unware of previous communications. i contacted them about 20 times and they still owe the cash back which i have not been paid yet to compensate my time and the cost of phone calls.

	I switched to this supplier in March this year taking account of the £60 cash back in my decision to switch to them. Have had to put a claim in and as with other comments still no sign of anything. The site now shows cash back not available for this merchant. I don't think I will be holding my breath for this payment. Very disappointing.

	I transferred via topcashback on 21/05/11 but still no cash back as of 7th November. Topcashback do occasionally update the status but the updates do not give you the impression that the cash back is forthcoming any time soon.

	I switched energy providers to Scottish Power in May 2011. Cashback of £60 due at the end of August. Have yet to receive cash.

	I switched my energy suppliers in May this year with a hope to get £60 cash back. The cash back tracked and was due on 30/08/2011. No sign of cash back and no update from TopCashback team. Very very disappointing. I would not recommend switching to Scottish Power as they seem to be deceitful on cash back offer.

	Had read reviews of this cashback not being paid and was a little worried about this one. Switched supplier in may, no problems with Scottish Power, cash back paid in September after being informed by topcashback that there was a delay.

	A bit of a delay on paying but tracked fast. Used a few times now and always receive the cashback in the end. Good customer service from Scottish Power as well unlike most of the others big ones.

	5 month wait, but the money is ready to be paid into my account so happy days. Cashback sometimes takes time so patience is required. I've got cashback everytime I've used Topcashback so don't dispair if its late.

	Opened my account with Scottish Power in May and this week I got paid my £80 cashback. Topcashback did state that there were problems so it is not their fault. Usually payment comes through pretty quickly. Another site I am with will not even let me put in a claim until after 4 months so Topcashback is better than most. Keep with it and your money will arrive.

	Ordered in March 2011 still no cashback 6 months later Topcashback say they are waiting for retailer and thats all you get from them not very helpful at all and getting increasingly disillusioned with site as also waiting over the said time for cash back through this site not good business at all

	I have now contacted watchdog too about scottish power. I have also contacted scottish power direct and they said it will go through their cash back database and will take 3-4 weeks!!! I too have used topcashback many times...but just recently payments are not being paid as have had problems with another merchant too and waiting many months!!Not good at all and think might use a different site now for cashback.

	Switched in March 2011 and still waiting for my £80.00. To all those those people complaining about Topcashback, firstly its not their fault and don't worry you will get the money, it may just take some time. I have carried out many transactions through Topcashback and got my cashback on every occasion, at the end of the day you are getting something for nothing. That said though, it rarely takes this long, and I am becomming a little frustrated by Scottish Power as I really need the money, so by that token I'm disappointed. So thumbs down currently.

	Still waiting. I have today gone to Watchdog and submitted my complaint online. I would suggest everyone else do the same. I realise this isn't Topcashback's fault but more should be done to pressurise these faceless 'agents' who dangle the carrot then snatch it away. Not good enough.

	Changed gas/elec supplier to Scottish Power on 3rd April 2011 due to the offer of £80 cashback. Was actually pretty happy with previous supplier EON, but wanted to get a better deal, which Scottish Power could offer by way of cashback through this site. It's now been 5 months, and there's no sign of any cashback at all. My experience of TopCashBack has been great up until this point, now I will be very wary of trusting any offers that are advertised here. I really hope this gets sorted, for everyone that is still waiting for their money - you shouldn't be able to advertise a deal that you cannot honour.

	Tracked quite quickly buy its been since april. Topcashback say they are chasing but I'm still waiting . I feel like I've been conned as 1 Aug this energy company put up their prices and promptly take my direct debits but are slow to pay the cashback. It wasnt worth the hassle changing utility companies and not getting the cashback is a disappointment. Warning to everyone - do not be fooled by any cashback promotions. I doubt you will receive anything but bigger bills from this company.

	applied in April still no sign, not looking good this is my first experience using this site. Phoned scottish power after applying online to check recieved application they couldn't confirm and said it was best not to use sites like this and better to go direct, obviously you wouldn't get the cashback deal then though.

	Really starting to get disillusioned with TCB. Starting to lose count of the transactions I have made that have resulted in zero cashback. I expect the same here. It’s worse when you are expecting £60.

	Similar story... cashback confirmed and was tracking fine since March/April time.. eventually went to £0.00.. i know you shouldn't purchase on the promise of receiving the cashback but the cashback offered by Scottish Power was like a free month of gas & power! Not happy at all.. not confident that this will get resolved either... i'm not expecting the money.. hope topcashback can prove me wrong.

	Just a note to Scottish Power, and other companies, TCB also. When a company/organisation/individual promises, in writing, to give such rewards as cashback, all parties are entering into a contract. It is no good TCB, Scottish Power, or anyone else ignoring this fact. Monies owed are to be paid, otherwise this does contravene false advertising and fraud. That is fact.
