I applied to Scottish Power (via Topcashback site) on 20th August, 2010. Power was switched from my previous supplier at the end of October and Cashback paid into my account the first week in November, 2010. So more than happy with my experience. Sorry others don't appear to have been so lucky??

I moved from EDF to Scottish Power at the end of July 2010 and it is currently 11th November 2010 and still no £62 showing in my account so disappointed on this particular transaction. Have used the nudges system but the system still shows as 'waiting for retailer'.

Got all the cashback as prommised. Took longer than expected but overall I'm a happy bunny.
Had a few dificulties as thier system lost my email address, and they tried to increase my monthly DD, (Which would have made it more than my old provider I have been with for 10y).
If course I will be re assesing my gas & electric costs after my contract expires.
And of course will use TopCashback when I switch again.

I have just recieved £140.50 cash back into my bank account from this retailer for switching gas and electricity to them in July. So all good there.
The switch wasn't completely smooth. I have had to chase them up when at first they put me on a different tarrif than the one I applied for. This tarrif kept me locked in for an extra seven months. This took a few weeks and about three or calls to resolve. But was resolved in my favour. I now have to sort out my online account management that I have never been able to access (I have held off from sorting this out untill I recieved my cash back payment).

Very pleased with this company. Showed immediately and once all paperwork in place and everything transferred from old company to Scottish Power, the cashback went payable. Would recommend.

Yes this really did happen and I did get the £140 back as promised, BUT I have had to excerise great PATIENCE here - I waited approximately four moths since signing up for the money to arrive.
Patience does pay off !!

Be patient it can take a while,but you get your money in the end.
it can take 4-5 months.
Received £140.00 last week from my order in July.
Been with top cashback for over a year and had nearly £600 in total.

i signed up and recieved £140 for the dual fuel sign up, everything went well and i didnt get messed about at all, in fact i even phoned up scottish power once and they were more than helpfull, this is a bloody good site and a great offer fill your boots, and the bills are cheaper than the dreaded n power.

My cashback became payable today,it only took 3 months and is within the timescale quoted,also my bill is much cheaper,the 147.00 cashback i have is more than my bill so i am a very happy customer at the moment,maybe there is some truth in the saying good things come to those who wait.Thank you topcashback.

My switch to Scottish Power went smoothly and I am very happy with the service I have received from them and I got a very good price for my gas and electricity. My cash back tracked quickly and was confirmed and paid out within the timescales estimated by topcashback.

I too was overjoyed to see that this cashback had become "Payable". However, the usual near instant payment on making a request is the problem. I understand this can take 'x' amount of time, but having never experienced it and the original claim being made in April, it just seems that there is yet another delay.
Well done to TCB for getting all these claims payable though, I never doubted you, but could really use this money sooner rather than later. Having moved both my properties £260 would come in really handy.

I applied for Scottish Power on the 6th June 2010 through Top Cashback and the payment became 'payable' on the 5th October 2010. Not too bad - Scottish Power worked out to be £36 a year cheaper compared to my previous supplier and with this £130 cashback it's turned out to be a very nice saving! Thank you Top Cashback!!!
