Do not use this CHEATING website. I've just had another two claims rejected - this time stating I had used an unauthorised code. The code I used was advertised on their website. Have also found that when the cashback increases you are more likely to receive nothing. AVOID!!!

Never awarded any cashback, every time I lodge a claim I am given excuses such as not valid voucher codes, most of the time I have not even used a voucher code. Awful experience, a complete waste of time, cashback doesn't even get tracked, let alone awarded.

Beware! I spent a significant amount with them when they were offering 11.55% and it didn't track. The reason they gave was that I used an unauthorised voucher code when I had not used a voucher code at all, let alone an unauthorised one. Not the kind of customer service I would expect from these guys.

This merchant takes any excuse not to pay out cashback. Even when making a large order. Cannot recommend them as a good payer. May take my custom elsewhere

Have made three purchases in the past two weeks and none have tracked. Have noticed that when they increase the cashback percentage this happens regularly!

Over a year since it tracked. re-submitted by TCB 3 times but only when chased up by myself. Poor show so far by both merchant and TCB.

Declined cashback three times in October, company claiming the orders weren't tracked. I've used TCB for years and know how to place a tracked order. I only ordered - to the tune of 200 GBP - from this company because of the cashback - they had my orders under false pretences as they failed to pay cashback. There are plenty of other competitor companies that honour TCB. Don't use feelunique.com

Declined cash back on my last four purchases, untracked each time, then feelunique refuse to pay cashback, claiming that topcashback was not the last site i'd been through. After the first two times, I made sure I only opened topcashback, then clicked through to feelunique, they still outright lied about me going through another site before making my purchase. I'm appalled by this. I wont be shopping with them again.

I have recently made two separate purchases from feelunique.com, both purchases didn't track and when I submitted missing cash back claims both were denied. Great for the products but terrible for the cash back! I will certainly not use feelunique.com for the cash back element. Please beware if the cash back is influencing you to shop with feelunique.com.

Feelunique are a great company to purchase from however when it comes to cashback less than half of my purchases have tracked and then all lodged missing claims have been denied (not quite sure how and why)

Had to raise a missing cashback claim but feelunique declined it saying that i didn't go through their affiliate site!! Yes i did but they just don't want to pay me & many other customers who have had the same response! Won't be using their site again!

Last 2 purchases have been declined by feelunique after I had raised missing cashback claims. Never used to have problems, makes me reticient about purchasing from them again.

Great products, great prices... however none of the 3 separate purchases I made over July & August 2014 have tracked which is incredibly poor and I've had to raise a cashback claim. Not impressed.

Recent experiences have been disappointing - had to make a claim for last three purchases. One is 6 months outstanding. One claim rejected because I used a voucher code - which they sent to me directly in an email! Madness. So now I'm not expecting it but just seeing what happens - seems arbitrary to me.

Merchant notes should be updated by TCB team. Cashback is calculated on net purchase amount ie less vat and delivery cost

Feelunique used to be both a very competitive website for products, which offered higher than average cash back and paid out fast. However, since end of 2013 the level of their own customer service has declined, and their delivery times have been exceedingly late since they switched to a lower cost/lower quality delivery company. They also repeatedly decline cash back, despite the visit and transaction being tracked. No great loss though - these days there are a lot more websites like this one offer better prices on beauty and cosmetics, who treat their customers with more respect.

I have used topcashback 4 times now for feelunique and I have never had anything track. I always lodge a claim but never get anything back. Everything else that oI use topcashback for works fine, so I don't believe it is anything to do with my computer.
