Despite having an registered visit and a purchase only a minute after, Feelunique declined my cashback of £4. Feelunique also did not send me the samples I was supposed to have qualified for.

Great products, I never have any problems with this company. Cashback always tracks ok aswell & this time it became payable in less than 2 wks!

I have submitted my full order details as Feel Unique have declined cashback.
Not good enough.
Fast delivery, excellent prices, but transaction was marred by this attitude.
Poor show guys!

Fantastic merchant... I ordered the product on a Tuesday afternoon, and by the time I logged back into my Top Cashback account a week later, the cashback was already logged and payable! Best experience I have had with a merchant on this site.

The best yet. Had the email saying new credit added to my account 30 mins after buying the product. Confirmed next day and paid the following day. Goods were delivered 2 days later which was smack on the 5 day delivery.
Never have I had the cash before the delivery.
Absolutely brilliant.

Company has refused on at least 2 occasions to pay cash back stating that I had not used Top Cash Back. I have used top cash back on every occasion and am very disappointed with the suggestion that I have used another site when I have not. I will not be ordering from feel unique again.

I have had to submit claims for my last three purchases which didn't track and 'coincidentally' they were offering a higher cashback at the time. My claims have since been rejected with the usual excuse. I will not be using them again as there are other excellent beauty sites available (ie Escentual and Gorgeous Shop) who track and pay out really quickly.

The products I obtain from this merchant are exemplary, however I have to fight for every single piece of cashback I have ever had from them and have had my most recent payment declined after months and months of waiting. If I cannot obtain sufficient discounts through topcashback, I shall choose another merchant, simply to punish the site for their inefficiency. It is completely unacceptable.

Poor service. Sale did not track, had to wait months for a reply only to be advised that 'another channel was credited with the sale'. Not the case at all.
Poor excuse for not paying cashback - perhaps because I used an offer they were promoting on their site. They should invest in multi variant services for their site if they do not want customers to use site wide codes through cashback sites.

I have recently submitted my third order to feelunique through Topcasback and just about to put my third claim in for missing cash back.
Whilst the service and products are good from the trader, there is no sign of any cash back.

The first time I used feelunique for cash back it was fine. However I now have 2 outstanding missing claim tickets for this company. Very poor!

Not great. Similar experience to other users. Cashback did not track (on two separate occasions). Once submitted (November 2011), Feel Unique denied I made the purchase despite having an order number, confirmation email and invoice. I received the second cashback.
Purchases arrived fairly quickly but on one occasion, the top was not secured so the product leaked en route. Not great when you sell a large amount of liquid items....
The bit that does annoy me though is Feel Unique advertise 'sales' regularly throughout the year. However, the prices are the usual discount they provide off the RRP throughout the year anyway. Despite querying this with Feel Unique customer service, I never received a response.

Top stars for products, but disappointing experiences with cash back:
The transactions track ok, but differnt amount then expected is shown. When I query this, I get a stock reply from customer service, saying 'top cashback was not identified as the last referrer to this transaction'.
Unreliable and lazy customer service. The cash back offers they have look more and more like false advertising.

Like somebody else has mentioned i too lost out on my cashback because feelunique say i did not use TCB which i did, but they wont pay out so its lost which is a shame and i hope this in not a sign of things to come from Feelunique

Feelunique do not track my orders, (although most other online retailers do). I only use topcashback and yet like others on this forum, they suggest that my order was via another site. Totally bad form, I have used them once more but if they don't give me topcashback (which is lets face it why we use this site)I will use another online retailer and not recommend them to anyone.

An update to my post in jan, after intervention from the Fantastic Topcashback team, the cash back has been awarded. Also now payable, which to be fair, is really quick, possibly due to the intervention.

I am very careful to always go through Topcashback and click the link before I place an order. This retailer has suggested that that my order was via another site which is not the case. As a result they have not provided any cashback.
This is not the first time I have heard of this trader trying this, but the experience of a friend had been before a series of good reviews so I gave them a try.
Therefore, beware, a few promised extra pence in cashback from this trader may not materialse and it may be better to go with another trader.
