Have used this merchant on several occasions, each time they refuse to pay out, saying some other entity claimed the cash back. It's rubbish as I only use Topcasback to buy my things. Can't understand this at all. Will probably not use them again. As other sites selling the same things are much better at honouring their cash back.

I don't know what it is about Feel Unique - I use them regularly and get a great rate of cashback and brilliant products and services, but every single time without fail my transaction fails to track and I have to submit missing cashback claims. So far the cashback has always been forthcoming, eventuually, but it does mean monitoring this and waiting for about three months to get it. Very annoying, considering how excellent everything else is.

I'll never use feelunique again, ordered items which they delivered to the wrong address and then failed to rectify the situation.
The cashback might track, but it's pointless when the service offered is so ridiculously poor.

Rubbish company. Not the cheapest on the last few items i've checked. On the sale i did make with them they were border line price wise however with cashback they won. Failed to track, submitted a claim, and 5 months later come back with the old chestnut of 'we've paid it elsewhere'. Not happy and very disgusted with them.

First time using this company and I am very impressed. Tracked straight. Placed order and was delivered to Australia - it only took 4 days - Post Office takes a lot longer than that. Certainly use them again.
