Brilliant offer received £50 M&S vouchers which came really quick, free broadband for a year and £99.75 cashback which did take 5 months to clear but well worth the wait

Well 22 weeks today. Does that mean I should be paid soon as it states 26 weeks? Or am I being too optimistic as that is an 'estimate'!!!?

Hey, Unfortunately we haven’t been paid cashback for your transaction yet which is why it hasn’t progressed. I can assure you the cashback network does chase up outstanding payments and gets them to us as soon as possible but this can sometimes take longer than the average merchant payout speed which is what the estimated payable date is. Really really disapointed with topcashback been a member for years and the service has gone downhill. I went through topcashback in september 2015 and I have nudged, reported issues with not tracking this purchase when t.c had clearly had a record of it. Now paying payments to sky who I'm also disapointed with.

Hey, I can see we are waiting to hear back about your claim. Unfortunately this means we haven’t had a reply back from the cashback network in regards to the cashback query. Queries do require a lot of manual thorough investigations but normally we expect to hear back within 12-16 weeks. Unfortunately if more investigations are required this can take longer but we would rather wait for an answer rather than prematurely decline a claim because a member would like the claim to be declined sooner. Signed up to Sky in January and sadly still waiting for cashback. Only had one message to say it's been reviewed and has been passed onto the merchant so I guess it's just a waiting game...

just to add to my review, I appreciate that there has been progression, but find it rather coincidental that an hour after my negative review was left, the missing cashback suddenly went from not even being tracked to confirmed?.....still, the means justify the end I guess

ordered the complete sky tv bundle way back in early November with £110 of cashback due, didn't track, claim lodged, and 17 weeks on there's still no sign of progression apart from one generic message from TCB stating it was still being processed.....a pretty poor show if I'm honest.

Hey, I can see your transaction has only just passed the estimate we included on your account. This merchant does have a validation period and this does need to pass before the merchant will progress your cashback. Once this has passed and the merchant pays for your cashback we will then be able to progress the cashback in your account. The estimates you do have in your account are based on average payout speeds and therefore it can’t be guaranteed that the merchant will pay the cashback at the same time for your transaction. 6 months and still waiting!!!!! Had e-mails all the time from TCB saying there are new Sky offers, offers still advertised but no site of any payouts! Why bother!!!!!

Hey, Issues with a transaction tracking are not normally down to the merchant. As long as the cashback network can link us to your transaction everything should track as we should expect. If this can’t be easily done your cashback won’t track. When something doesn’t track we do query things where we can via a claim but it can take the merchant and their network 12-16 weeks to reply normally. Sometimes this period can be expanded if further investigations are needed. However, I can assure you we will let you know as soon as your claim is resolved. Best wishes, TopCashback Support

Went from 18 weeks to 26 weeks payout midway through waiting time. Totally disgusted as this is misleading. Still waiting being waiting since September 15 it should have been paid bit but it's not. It's showing as confirmed

We do alter estimates on your account if we find the average speed of the merchant has changed and this is to give members the best idea of when we expect payment for their transaction. Hey, I can see the issue with this is that we are not sure at this time whether we are eligible for the cashback as your claim hasn’t been resolved yet. We do push to get a resolution as quickly as possible but sometimes more in-depth investigations do need to take place before a resolution is found. when i signed up topcashback stated 18 weeks, now at 18 weeks i check and it says 26 weeks but with no actual date.pretty poor to be honest
