Declined after nearly 3 months of waiting without a support ticket. Dont really understand why!! Useless. TCB not interested even after all the tipping I give lol !

After waiting over 3 months for my cash back to even confirm, suddenly my cash back is declined! no reason why... I am a new customer, I've not had Sky in the last 12 months and all my bills have been paid, in full and in time! so what on Earth is going on here?? I feel very disappointed in both tcb and Sky and will be cancelling my package if this is not sorted by the time my direct debit is due... you have 10 days! failing that I will switch my phone, broadband and TV to a more honest provider.

Hey, Cashback eligibility normally only gets decided after a validation period takes place. Cashback can be declined for a few different reasons but the main one is the cashback being eligible and us being the last referrer. We will not be paid cashback if we were not the last referrer and therefore we will have to decline the cashback. Still awaiting cashback after 4 months. My order has never been tracked. I submitted a clam to Topcashback which they have sent to sky but I've heard nothing for months. Very disappointing and not the service I have come expect from Topcashback.

Hey, When a transaction goes untracked the cashback network needs to thoroughly investigate the transaction and try and relate it back to us. These investigations can take a lot of in-depth investigations and so it can take them around 12-16 weeks to reply. However, in certain causes it may take a bit longer than this. Joined back in July 2015 but no cashback paid until today (18/01/2016) and no option to send in a query about this to Topcashback.co.uk. Very disappointed as the reason why they were chosen was because of the cashback. Feel cheated.

Hey, I am sorry to hear it took a little while for your cashback to progress but am glad this progressed for you now. Sky and other contract related merchants do have a validation period and this need to pass before the merchant will confirm and pay for the cashback which can mean the cashback takes a little while to progress, Best wishes, TopCashback Support

I left a 1 star rating last week but they don't appear to be updating the low reviews so I'll put mine here (like others have) so that it gets read. Still waiting for a payout from June '15. When I try and get tcb chase it up, as it shows that it tracked, there is no option to do so! So now I'm left in limbo waiting to see if it pays out. Can't find another way of contacting tcb through the 'ticket' system, so can someone from the company please contact me as it is a ridiculous amount of time to wait.

I think it is only fair to be reasonable about cash back and do not expect payments to be processed very quickly but I ordered Sky Broadband in July and have still not received cash back. States 26 weeks now which would make it next week so hope that Sky finally makes the payment.
