I had to lodge a missing claim as Sky did not even acknowledge the purchase through top cashback. When they eventually came back, I was not offered the full amount which was originally advertised. I took this amount as it took that long to get it. It then took another couple of months before it was payable. I took out sky in May and the amount was not made payable to me until February.

absolutely disgraceful, took a year to get cashback, had to contact sky myself. Topcashback did nothing. still waiting for a further cashback which they owe from July 2015.

For the record, if could give Zero stars, I would do that. Terrible cashback experience and if the thing on the side tells you FIVE stars, it is wrong!

What can I say? It was like pulling teeth. I took screenshots through each step of the process just in case, because the cashback was big - but the session (which they use to track) expired - had to go through appeal process which took months and months and months. Got there in the end, but very, very difficult.

once again low star rating not shown - poor customer service on sky - was declined a week before the estimated pay out time! TCB looked into and it then went back on as vaiild however it changed from 18 weeks to 26 weeks! sat in limbo to if ever clears!! been waiting since Jul 2016! very unhappy

As others, 5* so I actually get listened to. It's been over 7 months and I STILL haven't received anything. Submitted a claim, took a few months before tcb sent it to Sky and they have yet to respond (since August!). Pretty appalling really, will I ever get it or should I just stop with tcb?

Came up that it was confirmed. Still awaiting it to be paid. It went from 18 to 26 weeks without notice. Still waiting.

Sky were very quick to install my service and charge me straight away yet here i am 4months later and still no cashback!! its been confimed for weeks yet still not payable!!

Hey, The estimated payable dates in your account are there to manage our members’ expectations in regards to pay out speeds. A transaction can take a little while to become confirmed as contract related cashback generally has a validation period that needs to pass first. As soon as this is done and the cashback is confirmed the merchant will generally pay for a batch of transactions soon after. I do hope it’s not too long now before your cashback progresses. Five star review so this will be seen. Still waiting fro cashback since June. A disgrace and being fobbed off with cut and paste reples that don't help the situation. I will take this to a small claims court if it is not paid soon.
