My transaction was confirmed in September 14 and have still not had the cash back even though your statistics say you are paying March 15 transactions, why have i not had mine!

Tracked immediately, and paid after I sent a support ticket after waiting for 17 weeks. I also got a £100 voucher from SKY and half price for six months. So if I quit after a year, SKY has paid me!

Sky really slow to pay out (6-7 weeks overdue - 20 weeks in total) but the £115.50 cashback is too good to miss out!

Any chance of my cashback going through? October i signed up for this, now we are in April! seems like a lot of people are having the same issues as myself! They cannot have ran out of money, theyve been taking mine quickly enough for the past 5-6 month!

Well my 1st and only experience with topcash back is with Sky and after 20 weeks still no cashback, shows as confirmed and estimated at 13 weeks. The only reason I got sky was because it worked out a bit more affordable with the cashback

Confimred on the 18th Dec 2014 now March 28th and still not payable.... Also TopCashback will not let me submit a support ticket... poor service

Total waste of time 6months and constant chasing just to say they wont pay it they have had over £300 of me and topcashback doesnt bother to chase it.. the whole reason i went with sky was because of the cashback.. clearly they hope you will forget about the cashback. there should be an overide the cashback website can do if i have provided the account number of the active account etc.... think they need to do their jobs and chase the cashback as requested or kick sky off their cashback lists...but guess the commission the site makes from them is worth more than their customers

Confirmed months ago and still waiting for payment, TCB should be restricting SKY TV if they are not paying out and not still promoting them as a top merchant.

I ordered Sky in September, had it installed in November & nearly 18 weeks later haven't had my cashback. Great deal from Sky, but the length of time to pay the cashback is ridiculous. I understand it's all about having to wait for the merchant etc, but from a customer service point of view shouldn't something be done to speed up the process? Not had any other problems with TCB, usually really quick at paying out.
